Thank you Carter. You have been the Best Vendor Sales Person I have experienced ever. I am 70 years old, owned and built 73 personal classic muscle cars and trucks. My 1970 Bronco project started with a bare chassis and Carter made it happen. He didn't only provide parts, but had incredible knoweledge of my build. This is his last day and I'm quite sure I won't be the only customer missing him. Good luck in Virginia, WildHorses is going to have a hard time replacing you and should give you a Rolex for your service.

‘76 bronco - I ordered a Rampage bikini top kit that included the drop-down bracket for the wiper motor. What I received was the bikini top and two pieces of the riser assembly along with instructions for a full zip out soft top. No wiper motor drop bracket or any hardware to mount the riser assembly.
Called Wild Horse customer service and after >15 minutes on hold, was told they would ship the missing components to me or would send labels to return for refund.
In addition to the bikini top kit, I also ordered a wiper assembly cover. All items shipped separately and arrived days apart.
Hoping the hardware, bracket and instructions don’t take two weeks to get here…

First met the owner of WH in the late 1980's, Pre-Wild Horses. He came by my home twice to get me the correct knuckle for my bronco. Been doing business with him ever since.

Bought a cover for my mostly stock 66. So far its great. Live about 2 miles off the coast in SoCal and get a pretty consistant 15mph breeze most days. So far(4 days) hasn't come close to coming off. That said, it is VERY snug, even with stock bumpers. The cable and lock supplied with the cover are adequate but won't stop someone if they really wanna take it. Just saying, thays all. So far, looks like a great investment. I'll try to update in a couple months

I recently purchased a complete AX-15 5 speed conversion kit, including a new AX-15 transmission, and I picked it 2 days ago while I was passing through Lodi. The next morning, I inspected the contents of the package and discovered the input shaft retainer was defective in the machined area that retains the bearing. A quick phone call and a couple of photos later, Patrick in customer service had a replacement part taken from inventory and sent it out to me. I received the replacement part, literally 28 hours after I spoke with Patrick. Wild Horses 4x4 is a "no worries" Bronco vendor that will have your back when you run into issues with the parts they sell. Great job Morgan for the first rate sales help with my purchases and outstanding job to Patrick for handling my problem as efficiently as could be. "Awesome" is an understatement!

Just started doing an old bronco build frame up! not knowing anything about Wild horses I gave them a call And I got Justin who answered my call for help,
He walked me through all aspects and then helped us get our order together for all the stuff we need for the suspension and the brakes. Everything arrived on schedule and was well packed Great job shipping department!!
Justin is a great wealth of knowledge and I’m sure Wild horses know that how could you not, Because of him we will be ordering everything we can through Wild horses

Several years ago I ordered some parts for my '73 from the website. WH contacted me via email to let me know the freight was going to be very pricey. They opted to warn me, and they lost that sale, but they gained a loyal customer. I have returned again and again because of that customer service. Keep up the good work!

Long overdue review…
Had the pleasure of attending the 9th annual roundup. Drove from LA to Lodi, and it was well worth the 7 hour drive… I even won the Pony express award for the furthest driven Bronco to the event. (It’s the little things).
They had some raffles & I won a few amazing goodies! One of them; I was super excited for- the 2inch lift kit, however, once arriving home- I realized that this particular lift kit was not compatible with the Sasquatch package.
I called them, and their customer service was the nicest customer service ever. It was an item they particularly don’t retail, but they transferred me over to Mitch to see how they could best help me.
Mitch went above and beyond to exchange this lift kit to one that they did sell that fit my particular model. Not only that- he also sent me some cool patches.
Anywho, they are amazing… their story is great, and I am looking forward to their 10th annual roundup.
