HIRE MORE BANK tellers standing in line for 30-60 minutes is unacceptable. If you have 8 windows 4 should have people in them.

I walked in with my 90 year old mother and spent 20 minutes at the front while they tried to find her accounts. They said it was because she didn't have a debit card. All she wanted to do was to empty her safe deposit box. After they decided that they could use her key number to locate her, by some miracle all the rest of her accounts and information was suddenly available. Now, I know you do not have a time limit for patrons to use the one viewing room for the safe deposit area but we must have sat there for at least 30 minutes. When it was my mom's turn all went well and when she was done she offered the agent her key and we thought we would be done. OH, not so fast. The agent wanted my mom to take a seat and wait for the next available agent to assist her. I thought we had an agent to assist us in the safe deposit area. But, NO! So, we sat, and sat, and sat. Mind you it was 10:00 when we entered the bank and at 11:35 we finally left after an agent came up to us and announced that all the agents would be busy for the rest of the day and we would have to make an appointment. I really wish I could have talked to a manager at the time but I was so mad. The agent could clearly see my mom was exhausted and simply wanted to give them back their key. I suppose I will make an appointment and we will have to sit some more but I just wanted to get this off my mind. Thanks for listening.

Received a call from a phone number not identified as Wells Fargo on my cell phone. 1st one I am told, by a man with a middle eastern accent, that there is a problem with my account and I need to go to a Branch to sign some forms. I say,"Thank you, I will go in right now to see my banker about it." and hang up. 2nd call Same Man asks,"What branch are you going to?" I say Lodi Ave, catch myself thinking of how stupid I am to say so, then say "Im trying to get out the door! goodbuy! and hang up. 3rd call: He starts yelling at me not to hang up on him he's trying to help me. I say,"I'm not discussing my bank account information with anyone, especially with someone I don't know, with a middle eastern accent!" I rush down to the bank(taking my dog with me in case I'm accosted in the parking lot), run into the bank, and look for the Lady who handles my Banking. Her seat is empty...the whole place is empty except the 1 guy in the back...I rush over, trying to explain I think I'm a possible fraud victim...he cuts me off and says..."Are you the woman I've been talking to on the phone?" Completely taken aback I nod my head, noticing his tag says Basir. He sputters out RACIST, tells me to leave the bank immediately or he will call the Police! I just turned around and walked out. Went over to the Ham Lane Branch. Turns our they needed a signature for a CD I opened about a month ago. She provided the forms I needed to sign, and I left. Wells Fargo phones should identify as from Wells Fargo. This was all an unecessary embarrasment for both of us. I still will not discuss my accounts over the phone with anyone who calls my cell phone, and I will never step foot into that branch ever again. I would like to go elsewhere, different Bank all together...business accounts are hard to move....but I swear I'm getting so close!

Ridiculous service. The amount wasted (30min.) was crazy for the attitude to come once we were helped by employee Christian. Do not bother to make an appointment with this location, it's useless. Not to mention, that for my age, I felt like I was not given proper service. The comments said to me would have not been told to any middle age women. Absolutely crazy.

I would like to give her a zero stars Naz Khan has horrible customer service skills. This is a very difficult time for my family. My grandfather has passed away. I made an appointment for death of a loved one. I spoke to two other bankers, and they said this process takes an hour long. When my husband went for his appointment I gave him all the documents that he needed. She stereotyped my husband based on his appearance. This is his day off, so he is dressed casual. There is no reason for her to be rude and say that this appointment takes two hours and that I booked the wrong appointment. My husband went to his bank that he usually goes to in Stockton and he was told that the lady was being lazy and she didn’t want to do it so we should’ve talked to her supervisor. If you go to this bank, do not book your appointment with her. She needs some training on how to treat a person especially during this time when someone loses a family member.

Slammed with customers and only 2 tellers working. Also, no Business banking line. If you’re thinking about banking with WF in Lodi. Don’t bother. It’s pretty bad.

This is the only bank I will go into and conduct business. I feel safe and not afraid to get out and about. They are friendly and helpful. I will continue to work with them. I recommend this bank.
