HIRE MORE BANK tellers standing in line for 30-60 minutes is unacceptable. If you have 8 windows 4 should have people in them.

Received a call from a phone number not identified as Wells Fargo on my cell phone. 1st one I am told, by a man with a middle eastern accent, that there is a problem with my account and I need to go to a Branch to sign some forms. I say,"Thank you, I will go in right now to see my banker about it." and hang up. 2nd call Same Man asks,"What branch are you going to?" I say Lodi Ave, catch myself thinking of how stupid I am to say so, then say "Im trying to get out the door! goodbuy! and hang up. 3rd call: He starts yelling at me not to hang up on him he's trying to help me. I say,"I'm not discussing my bank account information with anyone, especially with someone I don't know, with a middle eastern accent!" I rush down to the bank(taking my dog with me in case I'm accosted in the parking lot), run into the bank, and look for the Lady who handles my Banking. Her seat is empty...the whole place is empty except the 1 guy in the back...I rush over, trying to explain I think I'm a possible fraud victim...he cuts me off and says..."Are you the woman I've been talking to on the phone?" Completely taken aback I nod my head, noticing his tag says Basir. He sputters out RACIST, tells me to leave the bank immediately or he will call the Police! I just turned around and walked out. Went over to the Ham Lane Branch. Turns our they needed a signature for a CD I opened about a month ago. She provided the forms I needed to sign, and I left. Wells Fargo phones should identify as from Wells Fargo. This was all an unecessary embarrasment for both of us. I still will not discuss my accounts over the phone with anyone who calls my cell phone, and I will never step foot into that branch ever again. I would like to go elsewhere, different Bank all together...business accounts are hard to move....but I swear I'm getting so close!

I would like to give her a zero stars Naz Khan has horrible customer service skills. This is a very difficult time for my family. My grandfather has passed away. I made an appointment for death of a loved one. I spoke to two other bankers, and they said this process takes an hour long. When my husband went for his appointment I gave him all the documents that he needed. She stereotyped my husband based on his appearance. This is his day off, so he is dressed casual. There is no reason for her to be rude and say that this appointment takes two hours and that I booked the wrong appointment. My husband went to his bank that he usually goes to in Stockton and he was told that the lady was being lazy and she didn’t want to do it so we should’ve talked to her supervisor. If you go to this bank, do not book your appointment with her. She needs some training on how to treat a person especially during this time when someone loses a family member.

Slammed with customers and only 2 tellers working. Also, no Business banking line. If you’re thinking about banking with WF in Lodi. Don’t bother. It’s pretty bad.

My husband went to withdraw some funds today and was told I didnt have that balance available even though our available balance was well above that. We called costumer service to ask what was going on with our account and why we couldn't withdraw that money and there was no problem what so ever So after 1 hour of trying tk figuere out what was going on the Lady in charge of the branch told us that coatuner service had no idea what we had and that she couldn't give us that money. We drove to the branch on Ham Lane and we withdrew that same amount no problem this branch just refused to help us

What is the purpose of a merchant/business window? If there are no people for those services I can completely understand that that window would help customers in the other line; however, why if you just get done with a customer at your window and I am clearly in line for busness services and have been standing there would you pull someone in from the general line in front of me to help them first. If you want to have one line and have first come first serve so be it no problem; but, don't make a "special" line and make it have and hold no meaning.

I pissed off at Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo took my money without my permission. WHAT'S WRONG WITH STEAL MY MONEY? WTF? I QUIT AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. This Wells Fargo is very stinky business and go out of business...BYE-BYE

This lodi branch on lodi ave, has the kindest employees. All the employees there great you with a smile!! And the lines are only long on Friday. Great bank!!!

This has got to be the worst business banking staff ever , always so slow and rude of people's time . They always have a number of people standing around and not enough tellers . Ronni is the SM who just takes her sweet time and will say I will be right with you and stands there doing whatever then walks over to another teller just to ask about the cash she took out of vault . I would not complain however this is the second issue with her and you can be nice all you want but time is money and in business we can't be on your schedule , stop moving like a sloth and start working !! I have been in the banking industry and Wells Fargo has the worst rep and now I see why !! Get it together customer service is priority #1.
