Poor customer service. No welcome in. Couldn't close my account or join my account with my spouse without an appointment a week out. When I asked questions teller wouldn't answer. Bankers were sitting socializing, hardly any customers. When I left, I said okay thank you and the teller sat there in silence. No you're welcome, thank you, have a nice day etc.

1 star because no choice. They closed my credit card account because my wife needed a replacement card from 2019 that she never received. The person on the phone also hung up on me. Bad customer service and have been a customer a long time. Will be banking elsewhere in the future.

Branch does not answer phones from customer or central Wells Fargo call center trying to help customer.

The covid rates are down and the virus has mutated to be less severe, but Wells Fargo arbitrarily decides to close on weekends. 99% survival rate!
