OPEN MORE CHECK OUTS! When you only have 3 stands open & 4 self check outs and every one has a line with at least 6 people waiting, OPEN ANOTHER FREAKING CHECK OUT STAND OR 2! I waited more than 15 minutes for 1 freaking item! If I wasn't just passing thru & knew the city better I would have just dropped my item where I stood & left! Update: We are back in the area again for work so we found ourselves here again. Lots of items are locked up to prevent theft. There is a button to push to call for assistance. You may or may not get the assistance you requested. Pressed it for socks...No one came. Pressed it 3 different times with no help. Then Pressed it in cosmetics & although someone came to help, she had the personality of a wet rag. She actually looked angry. She rolled her eyes at my husband when he told her where I was & what I needed. She approached me with a no smile, no words were spoken to me & she sat there texting on her phone the whole time as she was trying to unlock the case, she finally had to lower her phone bc she was unable to unlock it without looking up from it. Rude associates and again, lines at the registers were outrageously long with several of them closed. All customers in line were frustrated & complaining. Un un unimpressed Sam Walton did not want his stores ran this way. He would be very disappointed.

Shout out to Walmart in Lodi. Yesterday I thought my purse was stolen but instead I had actually left it somewhere while shopping!! The staff was very supportive and went to work right away on helping me recover my purse. An associate had found it, brought it to the manager who in turn brought it over to me. THANK YOU for your assistance and honesty too, as nothing was missing.

It’s really getting ridiculous to shop around here. Everything seems to be locked up and you have to get a employee to unlock it so you can take it to the cash register. I tried to buy some cough drops and the employee wouldn’t let me have it. They carried it to the register and said I could pick it up when I checked out.

Walmart has it all! Great Value is an EXCELLENT product! Staff is knowledgeable, and courteous. Great prices, and selection.

Grocery pick up staff is always friendly. The self check out staff, not so much.Staff that works directly with customers should be trained automatically on how to be towards guest services

I would rate this as zero stars but I could not, went for an oil change, waited a little over 2.5 hours. When I started driving I noticed a slight sound in my engine but didn't think nothing of it, as soon as I got home I noticed it smelt like burning oil. The second I opened my hood all this smoke came out. Looked at my oil cap and .... it's not there. Gave the automotive department a call but what do you know no one answered. So I call the operator, she gives me to a lady named maria. Super nice lady BTW. But again she's not in automotive, she goes there to tell the techs what happened and I get to speak to this guy whose not helpful at all. He proceeds to tell me that if they determine if it's "their fault" they would pay for my oil cap. Here's the thing... I went there with an oil cap on.. and came home with it off, regardless if it's in the shop floating around or if someone negligently didn't put it on right I still arrived home with it off. There no cap how is it my fault?

Thank you Alex for the awesome job you did today, and multi tasking with your help with the nurmours customer your helped today.I have been to most Walmart stores, as I had to wait around for 15min to 30 min or more before anyone would help me out with unlocking the glass cases that are protecting the product that people steal.

This Super Walmart here in Lodi is one of the cleanest and the customer service is second to none. Now of course the prices of stuff could be affordable ?, but right now our nation needs to fix the problem, so we all can afford to feed our families the way we ought too.The only negative is usually if they are out of stock they seem sometimes not to have any more of that certain product available until they get their next delivery. Other then this issue it's not a bad place to grab what you need. Thank you everyone that read ? my review ?. Have a great day ? ?
