Today I had a very rude thing happen and I just want to put it out there in hopes that it may reach this gentleman's family. Today at Walmart I was exiting the North side doors and the man at the door named DAVID (older gentleman wearing a hate) was smiling as two people ahead of me exited I followed them with receipt in hand. Mind you I am a 50 year old woman guggling $350 in groceries, my grandson that is 8 weeks old, and fighting great pain from a shoulder injury, along with the stress of the Holiday season and low on money I still manage to SMILE. As I exited the door way he said "Have a nice day, oh and thanks for the corporation of your receipt!" "I hope you have a shitty day" At this point I stopped in my tracks and looked at him with the tears welling up in my eyes I said " Excuse me Sir. all you had to do was ask for my receipt its right here in my hand" he very loudly said "Have a nice day! in the most snide voice possible. By time I made it to my car I was in complete tears. I loaded my car and thought I just cant let this go. So I marched right back into the store asking for a Manager. After speaking to a team lead I exited again very nicely I said to the man "I just want you to know that your words hurt people and you don't have to be so rude!" He laughed at me again and got in my face saying over and over "Have a nice day" I was crying harder by this time and just got into my car. As I drove home thinking it really should not be like this. Why do people have to be so damn RUDE? I lost my father on Christmas Day and its a very hard time for me and my family to handle along with the added stress I have been given. I just wanted him to understand that he hurt my feelings and it was really uncalled for. I hope Walmart does something to him for his actions and the complaint I filed. And I really hope his family sees this and feels sad that he is so ugly to a complete stranger struggling this time of year.

The store is HUGE. I would hate to loose a family member in this store. About the only 2 things I like, selcheck outs and online grocery shopping

Went in to pick up an online order today. While we were waiting for the clerk to retrieve it, 7 different employees walked through the customer service room. When they saw us standing there and no one behind the counter, every single one of them asked if we had been helped. Not 1 employee walked past without checking on us. That's good training.

read a review by Robert c of lodi here .....dude have you been smoking crack again?this store is horrible with very lazy non-caring employees ,people if you can do not use the pharmacy,i have couple of stories of complete stupidity about them and first of all learn my language ENGLISH!! yeah not your version of it,so its on to Costco pharmacy don't know what I was thinking gezzz louise! one person who said they have worked there 2 years didn't know where automotive supplies were in broken English of course,what has happened to this country OMG!!

Most employees here don't even acknowledge you, whatever happened to good customer service? They act as if you're bothering them when you go to checkout, no smiles, greeting, nothing. I've worked in customer service for 15 years in the restaurant business and if I treat my customers the way your employees treat theirs, I'd be fired. Ive been to a few Wal-Marts but no place can amount to the cold attitudes I've experienced here. Please teach your employees the importance of their job, there are many unemployed people out there who would appreciate their jobs way more than these people do.

Nobody was in the pickup online order section, waited 30 minutes. Terrible as usual, you know Walmart.

This review is for the pharmacy. The pharmacist and another worker there were very nice but it took forever to get medicine. They need more workers in there.

I really don't know what star to give this wal mart. We have gone to Lodi many times and we thought to give this a try. What the f@ck is all I can say. There were people legitimate hanging out in the idles and sections. Like for real not shopping just chillin. Then the only way I could tell an employee from someone hanging out is a faded wal mart vest. The Isle small the store is small. Is Lodi so hard up that this is where the dregs of society go to relax. Want a "good time " go here check it out.

Horrible customer service. I'm in a wheelchair, and some worker asked EVERYONE But me if they'd like to move to a different check out line. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Walmart

This Walmart has been disgusting, dirty, and gross for as long as I can remember. I stopped by today briefly and as soon as I walked in the door you're hit in the face with the smell of stale cigarettes and piss. It's absolutely disgusting. The floors are dirty, the walls are dirty, and everything inside of it appears dirty. Probably one of the grossest Walmarts I've ever been to. Next time I need to go to Walmart I will stick to the one here in Galt.

This is store is decent for a Walmart, but the employees are probably the rudest of all of the Walmart employees in our area. Today there were two registers open. So I said to a female employee excuse me (3 times) she turned to me and said with a twisted face what?! Garbage ass Walmart employee!!
