I came to the store to upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15 Pro I forgot the ladies name, young lady that helped me she was knowledgeable. Thorough was proactive and finding some savings for myself and my plan. In fact we have grades my plan. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning in the office. They had the door open and they had fan set up, but it was very warm in there and we’ve been experiencing over 100° temperatures for going on two weeks, I asked them about it because of my background it seems like a flood system that the temperature is controlled remotely and the technician came out to fix the unit. Couldn’t really tell them anything because neither one of them were a manager so they weren’t at liberty discuss issues and now it’s down to the filters, but the technician can’t change filters and it was uncomfortable but the young lady made it a good experience and I continue to use Verizon .

Stacy from Victra Verizon provided excellent service when I came in to trade in my old Apple Phone. She was knowledgeable and efficient when explaining the promotion that brought me into the store. Stacy was also very patient and didn’t mind missing her lunch break to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!

Lol you was simply outstanding! He walked us through the various options for phones and for services with detail and patience. He identified numerous areas to save us money while increasing services/benefits. We had a bit of a wait, but we were a walk-in. Once we began our discussion with Kolby, it was apparent that any wait was because they take their time to provide each customer the service they deserve. We were VERY happy with the customer service and the products we received.

I had a difficult afternoon. My old pixel 4 was ready for retirement. I walked into the store just after closing. Not realizing that the store was closed Kolby and his staff agreed to assist me. I was there to either activate a very old phone for temporary service or potentially buy a new phone if it was financially feasible. Kolby agreed to look over my account. With his expertise he reviewed my account, found that there was an opportunity to improve my service plan, I was also eligible for a Black Friday deal, which turned out to be to my benefit because I am a fan of Google's pixel phones!! Kolby found a deal that included the new pixel 8 pro and the Google watch for a remarkable deal. Considering my predicament at the time I walked into the store I was beyond in need of superb assistance. Kolby turned out to be the hero of my evening! Great service!! Great phone!! Feels great to be reconnected back to society.
