Worst customer service ever. I had a drop off and I forgot to tape one side of the box, one employee who wasn’t on the counter asked the line if anyone had a drop off, and yes but I need one side taped because I forgot and he told me to stay in line and the lady at the counter could help assist me. Once it was my turn I kindly asked if the lady could tape ONE side of the box since there was literally a tape dispenser right next to her… she told me “we sell tape, right behind you.” And called the next person in line. Will never return to this post office, I’m not surprised at the horrible reviews this place has!

Once AGAIN, for the 200ty time, I am delivered someone else’s mail. We have the same numeric part but completely different street. This ladies medications, bills, etc get delivered every single month here. How can you be responsible to mail people’s mail and miss the fact that you continue to place the wrong mail in the wrong mail box??

The man Sidney has the worst attitude and no manners. I accidentally made a shipping label crooked and got told off that now it won't scan even when it did. I apologized and as I walked out I can hear him take my package and slam it down. Rudest employee I have dealt with.

Very unpleasant with the service. The person at the counter was unkind. He threw the mails which I was posting. The worse part was that he didn't even respond in words to my questions. All he did was just shaking his head to tell yes or no. Never want to come back here again.

Was there well before 5 PM. Waited in line while woman searched for a package for the man in front of me for over 10 minutes. Was turned away because it was after 5 when she noticed I was there.

The most incompetent business in the city. They will make up any excuse not to deliver a package; claim there was a stray dog, that your address doesn't exist, I don't know if it's pure apathy or outright disdain for the customers, but the worst type of morons work here.

I don't go in here very often but whether there's long lines or they are short, I have found everybody that works there kind and helpful. This is a hard time where the post office is under funded and any lack of service I do not believe is their fault but I appreciate the hard work they do and I wish they were still open on Saturdays.

Will call wait was over a 15 min with only a few customers in the building..three people waiting in line for a pick up while employees were all sitting around watching videos on their computer and not moving to assist those waiting..very unfortunate that I had no choice but to wait as my box was broken.

Though there was a sizable line for service, there were several employees assisting customers in a quick and efficient manner. Before I knew it, I was at the counter mailing my packages and choosing this year's Christmas stamps! Bonus: for PEANUTS fans out there, they have a whole line of hella cool greeting cards and stationery!

I am certain that the mail carriers for this USPS office are trying their best, while working under the duress of Postmaster DeJoy's cynical measures to slow down deliveries, in the hope of somehow influencing our federal administration's attempt to restrict vote by mail processes.
I have learned on the Internet of other local USPS facilities, deprived of overtime, have had to neglect mail that was abandoned on the floors of the post offices, to be included in the next day's deliveries.
This deplorable situation is evidently present in Lodi, where,last week, on one day, I received no mail whatsoever and, then, the next day, a ton of envelopes. This is not a carrier problem ; postal patrons are being held hostage for political reasons.

Got 2 different packages sent back to the sender because they couldn’t get my address correct. Instead of calling me and me picking me up from the post office, they just sent it back.

Been a postal box customer for over 10 years.. never have I seen such disarray and terrible organization. They're under staff and seem to miscommunicate between customers alot. Deciding the best way to get my mail safely and securely, will be elsewhere from now on. Highly recommend not doing business with these guys.
