The store is alright. I just really hate that they make me feel like I am trying to steal things. I walk around minding my business and I keep being followed or asked if I need anything.

I visited this store on February 17th to exchange 2 Tarte shape tape concealers that I had purchased online on January 22nd. I used 2 dots of each of them before determining they were the wrong color. I presented them to an employee named Andrew to exchange for other items. I showed him my receipt proving that I ordered them on January 22, 2024. He took the lid off each one before literally yelling "these are almost gone"!! Then he screamed across the store, drawing attention to himself and me, to a manager, named Demi "this lady is trying to return these and they're almost gone! Come look"!! Then he proceeded to try to pour out the concealer and tell me that it wouldn't pour out, so it was empty. He told me they only accept returns for items with at least 80 percent left. Then he showed me the "hole" in the tube that, in his opinion, meant it was almost empty. The "hole" was the spot that the applicator had been in before he opened it. Andrew needs to be fired immediately. I'm almost 50 years old and I have never in my whole life experienced such unprofessionalism and just plain disrespect. The "manager", Demi agreed with him that the tubes were almost empty. After I explained that I could not possibly have used 2 tubes of concealer in less than a month, she very reluctantly told Andrew to accept the the return. l left a message for the store manager, who is supposed to contact me Tuesday. Andrew did his very best to humiliate me in front of every customer in the store and call me a thief. This is completely unacceptable.

Went into the store last minute. Just dor starters, it's been years since I needed to buy makeup so I needed some help. The Staff at the front of the store are great at getting help she paged someone who was able to guide me through plenty of options. Here's some tips. Let them help get your color pallet set and get a basket from the front of the store. All the items for top brands are testable so they can quickly help narrow down a pallet from foundation upwards. Keep all that in your basket. Now there were a few items that were $$$. So if you find yourself not ready or willing to pay top dollar for everything. Take your basket to the ulta section next to loreal and other more cost effective brands and match them to your color pallet you've already picked and swap some of those $$$ price tags to $ if needed. Bottom line Staff are great and you can even book appointments for them to do your makeup and get additional pointers.

Andrew was really awful Horrible customer service. As someone who manages a customer service oriented studio, I expect top notch customer service by all of my staff. It’s disappointing to see a customer service professional behave so immaturely and over the top RUDE. This was quite frankly one of the most astonishing customer service experiences of my life. To his employers/hiring managers, hopefully this was a one time experience but judging by the way he treated not only me but also my mother, I reccommed taking a closer look at his work ethic. I have loved this store for years, but I will no longer be shopping here.

The experience with salon hair stylist Elisabeth was worst as I had a keratin treatment and they said me for 80% results but I did not get any results I was a really bad experience

Discount prices on almost any cologne. If it’s the most highest end then you would have to go elsewhere but anything else is available here. I also like that the people working there seem to be knowledgeable about the product and can help you if you were to ask.

Shout out to Monique at salon! I went for one piercing and ended up getting 2 more! Now I have 6 new beautiful piercings. I feel amazing and the pinch was very minimal! She is someone I can trust and I knew she was the best to go to. I'm such a perfectionist so she made sure detail on the marking was perfect for me, she took her time. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is super friendly and I loved being in her chair. Grateful for this experience with Monique!

I absolutely love Ulta, but whenever stepping into this particular location it becomes uncomfortable. The customer service is horrible as well as the shopping experience.

Stina helped me yesterday and she was well-versed in the products and super nice! I came in for a tinted moisturizer but was having a hard time, so she suggested a different brand that would work better with my dry, red skin. We tried a few products and I settled on a CC cream that was best for me. I tried the product under my makeup today and wow! I’m pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the recommendation Stina ?

The workers here are very nice and always make me feel welcomed. One of the workers there by the name of Billy really helped me find my correct concealer shade and recommend me my now favorite perfume.
