Big box hardware store in Lodi, CA has some good deals through out the store. I needed a toilet with a round bowl for a small bathroom. Not much of a selection and the ones they did have were poorly designed and the review of them were terrible. They had closed the isle with the toilets for almost 15 minutes before I could look at the selection. Store is clean and isles clearly marked. Customer service was helpful in directing me to find more round toilets online.

I don't know why this place only has one worker at the register in the lumber department on the weekend. Long lines and workers was slow. I see plenty of other workers just standing around. Must be a management issue.

I gotta say, the handy pick up lockers for online orders are very cool. Shopping is a fun time when it comes to the pick up lockers so thank you Home Depot for having them. Also, curbside works pretty well if I don't want to go into the store but you have to do it by;6:00 pm or wait till the next day. The 36 pack of AA batteries is also a great deal at or around $18.00. The outdoor artificial turf is also a great buy when they have remnants or orders that weren't picked up by someone, I believe they offer 25% off. The ppl who work there are usually knowledgeable about their departments so that's always a big help, especially when I have a tricky question. I like the location at Reynolds Ranch too, lots of other places to go to while I'm at the Home Depot.

This store is at very good location in town, good service and attention. We had to return some things that we bought and they were efficient.I can say that the presentación of the products wasn’t great. I wished they were better organized.Above all I appreciate that they were open till so late, at 22 o’clock and they offer their service.

I really like this store because it's clean and we'll organized but the #1 reason is most of their employees go out of there way to help you and she made sure millworks came to help me.

Large nice HD with good inventory. Many bags of soil and soil amendments out in the parking lot. The only issue I had was the plumbing parts were in the wrong bins for many of the parts and some of the parts were on the wrong hooks. I had to spend a lot of time checking the bar codes on my HD app.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I purchased a “Brand New” Samsung washer on the Home Depot website and the washer broke in five days. Luckily I had a 3yr warranty which you think would solve my issue completely. But no Home Depot goes through a bunch of procedures to correct any appliance issue after the 48hr window has expired. Their solution is to send a appliance technician to repair and if not replace the unit. Yet still at this point I’m completely understanding especially with the refund they provided. But then they inform me the technician won’t receive the parts necessary until further notice. So now I have a his broken “brand new” washer I can’t return and I’m in limbo with the repairs. Upper management at this Home Depot location said it’s nothing else they can do and refused to accept the return. Please be aware when you purchase your appliances online because Home Depot basically doesn’t acknowledge or take complete accountability for the appliances purchased on their website. Apparently the online website is a separate entity completely and the products come from a 3rd party appliance contractor company.

Overall a well put together store with friendly staff, the only reason for not being 5star would be of the tool rental, they always close early

The girls working in the front of the store, particularly AMANDA, are fantastic, professional, and super helpful.I went to buy extra paint (based on the scammer handyman: Justin Clubb for a paint job) and the guys at Home Depot paint section were giving me suggestions and tips.On my way out of the store, I had a brush that fell from my cart in the parking lot, which someone STOLEN (hence the missing one star and it's just the arrogant LOWBROW and rude mentality of many in California) and Amanda tried to help me find it.Kudos to Amanda and Lodi's HomeDepot training people for making the shopping experience pleasant.

We ordered a washer/dryer and a refrigerator from Home Depot. The delivery was horrendous!!! 2 guys can and slapped the appliances in, had me sign a few forms, left a huge mess in my driveway and kitchen!!! This was in my brand new home! They left all the package on the appliance, and box styrofoam on my floor! I took photos and my husband went to speak to the store manager who said it was unexceptionable. The delivery guy had the nerve to ask me for a good review!!! Next appliance we need I will not be using Home Depot!!!

Their curbside pick up sucks now . No-one ever comes out you have to go pick it up yourself inside. Don't waste your time . This has been twice that I have to go inside.

tbh i wish i could give no stars. i called this location to rent a piece of equipment the minute they opened, reserving the item, i let them know i would be driving from an hour away, and the 'tool rental manager' (i didn't get his name) said "that's fine, see ya in an hour" and when i arrived an hour later...he said "sorry but can you wait another hour because i haven't pulled the equipment out yet" so i said "that's fine, i'll walk around the store and waste time" soooo then...that hour goes by and i go back to the tool rental area and he has a huge line saying "i've gotten so busy, i have a line now, i haven't pulled the equipment out and now you need to wait another hour." i was very irritated but i said "okay fine cause i really need that equipment to do the job"...i waited another hour and came back and he goes "sorry, i have no help to bring out the equipment, you can wait longer if you want" I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING TOOLS FROM THIS LOCATION! POOR SERVICE! POOR COMMUNICATION! they either need more employees, and/or better employees. wasted my whole morning getting the work done and wasted 4 hours out of my day.

Finally found the plywood pieces I needed after going to two different locations that claim they have it. But now guess what. There is no one here to cut wood. Been sitting here waiting for 20 minutes I guess they say the person is on break. They need more employees. The store is like a ghost town. No one in sight for Miles. Went there had helpful service no complaints there. But when I went to purchase something I saw on line saying the store had a couple of them, in fact they had none was so disappointed cause I traveled a ways to pick one up, wasted my time and gas to get there. Not a happy camper here.

These 5 stars are DAWN ! Dawn assisted me at self checkout. She greeted me and offered to help me out because my hands were full. I had a few questions about the items I was purchasing and she was able to answer everything. She was kind and informative and did not try to rush me out. Best customer service I ever received at Home Depot Lodi! I wanted to fill out the survey from my receipt but my username and password was not working, so I came to Yelp. I hope someone sees this so she gets the praise she deserves.
