“Our go to shop. They have serviced our car for years and always do a suburb job. From a simple oil change to a valve job. Honest and charge fairly. They have even done a fix for us and did not charge because it was something very simple (hose clamp).”

“Customer service here is top notch, very polite. I take care of my elderly folks. They get confused when it comes to a vehicle, understanding what needs to be fixed. The employee that helped made sure to go over all the things that needed to be done and checked. The mechanics here know what they are doing. had to get ac tested and smog done for a yaris, they were done before the time they had said it would be. Will definitely be going back for all future vehicle needs.”
“This is the only place I will ever go for my tire needs. I got all 4 tires here less than a year ago and they were wonderful then as well but today they went above and beyond(on a Sunday too)...I found a nail in my tire this morning and went straight there. In less than ten minutes they had the nail pulled, tire patched and me n my kiddos back on the road. The prices are phenomenal and their customer service is amazing. Thank you and I will be back. Would give more stars if possible.”

“Omg, Frank saved me this week and I want to give a shout out to him and his employees. I had a spare tire on from a flat from the day before. Came to Frank and he ordered me the correct tire. He then placed a temporary tire on until my other tire arrived. I had a medical emergency that night which required me drive to Stockton in a fast (but safe) manner. If I had the spare tire on it would have been a big problem. Thank you Frank..we always appreciate your excellent service!!”
“My truck gave me a warning that my front brakes were down to 30% remaining life. I took it in to Pep Boys in Lodi and was helped by Jayd. She has a very positive and friendly style and told me they would have the truck ready in a few hours. Later I received a call telling me the brakes did not need to be replaced and that it was likely a TSB/Recall and that I should contact the dealer to have the sensor reset. Surprisingly there was no charge. Just a pretty smile and a positive sendoff.”

“I drop by without appt. My back tire had been leaking. Found out all but one tire was tread worn and the one good treaded tire Mahammad told me it was the one tire that wasn't the right size for my car. Mahammad gave me a desent deal on 4 new tires plus let me leave a tire there to pick up later. Sorry about still not picking it up mahammad. He also pointed out a few issues that need to be fixed soon I also wasn't aware of. He gave me a itemized list of these problems with a est quote. Thank you for looking out for me and making my experience so smooth and informative. I will be going back to have A1 Quality tires work on my car.
