“I had a peeling tire and called them to see if they had a used replacement in stock. The guy who answered the phone was very courteous, and didn't make me wait on hold for long. They did and said to bring it in. When I got there they had me pull in, and they had the tire mounted, balanced, and on my car within 15 mins. I recommend them for any new and used tire services. And I'll for sure be going back there for any of my future tire needs.”
“My truck gave me a warning that my front brakes were down to 30% remaining life. I took it in to Pep Boys in Lodi and was helped by Jayd. She has a very positive and friendly style and told me they would have the truck ready in a few hours. Later I received a call telling me the brakes did not need to be replaced and that it was likely a TSB/Recall and that I should contact the dealer to have the sensor reset. Surprisingly there was no charge. Just a pretty smile and a positive sendoff.”

“Customer service here is top notch, very polite. I take care of my elderly folks. They get confused when it comes to a vehicle, understanding what needs to be fixed. The employee that helped made sure to go over all the things that needed to be done and checked. The mechanics here know what they are doing. had to get ac tested and smog done for a yaris, they were done before the time they had said it would be. Will definitely be going back for all future vehicle needs.”
