Sucks that the pictures for the business are the old Maggio location that was huge and awesome. I drove from elk grove (where theres actually a better location now), to find out it's a small store in a strip mall. A shadow of the former location. Theres a few live enclosures and some supplies. Definitely not worth the trip to go to "The Real One" .

You guys SUCK !!! for closing down Stockton location, I definitely won't be doing any more business with you guys reopen Stockton and I'll do business with you guys, maybe you can consider a better area in Stockton to reopen

Prices that you cannot be for any type of reptilian. It is a really cool atmosphere. And there. They actually have a big old turtle. That I wanted to buy just walk and around in there. Which is amazing makes you feel like you are somewhere else the people there. Hopping out people are very helpful and respectful. I would recommend us if you're going to buy a snake. Snakes are the best they go by your vibration. They cannot hear anything, but they do. Go by vibration and your heat signatures. So snakes are very amazing creatures. You should try it and go get one and hear. They have good pricing for the reptiles. And snakes and everything else that they have in there. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get a pet snake.

This place is great! My daughter Lily and I went in today and 2 of the girls working there ( Macy and Dev) made our experience amazing. Those girls are rad. Fred also was amazing! We can't wait to go back. ?

Great staff and solid inventory. I enjoy the quality of their in house brands however, the stench is out of line. I have been going to the location since before it moved from across the parking lot and the smell of what seems to be poorly maintained reptile enclosures is downright hazardous. I have not been to any other reptile stores in the area that are anywhere close to being as disgusting as the ********* Serpentarium. I dont know if the hvac system is broken or if they just do not clean their cages regularly but to be in the store for more than 5 to 10 minutes leaves a dry throat and cough for a few days following. I feel bad for the employees who have to breathe that in all day as they are genuinely awesome people. Hopefully someone can do something about it before it ends up being reported to the health department because it is a legitimate health concern especially for younger children and people who may have breathing issues.

Been going here the last few years and EVERY time I am welcomed with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even when they are super busy, they take the time to ensure you know everything you need to know about your animal and answer all your questions. Their customer service is fantastic! I will always recommend this store to others!
