I was VERY disappointed with the service I received April 2023. I paid $194.40 for a yard of extra large river rocks, however when Jose delivered the rocks he ONLY delivered half a yard forceing me to go to another vendor to purchase the remaining rocks needed at extra expense to me! I notified the Garden Shoppe of my disappointment to no avail. I've shopped there 21 years ago & was satisfied with my purchase & service received, however I will NO longer shop there because I can't afford to be cheated & short changed, I'm NOT rich!

I recently purchased my sod here. The two ladies and a gentleman that works there were really nice and informative. Great customer service. Fair price Highly recommend!

Bought numerous trees from this location including JuJube, 3 apples, 1 fig, fruiting mulberry, dwarf peach, etc.The last apple tree I bought (Musa) had fire blight which has spread to my edible landscape and ruined nearly $4k worth of fruit trees.Do NOT go here. Diseased & infected trees.Additionally, both peaches I bought here had terrible peach curl.

Unfriendly Unkind flat out Rude to customers. Went in looking for a certain type of plant and I assume because it wasn't worth big $$$ the guy probably owner had no interest in helping me besides a point across the front of the nursery and a few words if I have them they are over there somewhere. I won't go back here ever.

Great prices (at least for sod). I went to a nearby place and they were charging almost 20% more for the same exact sod... Fairprices, good customer service, they earned my business!

This is a really cute Garden ShoPPEE. I drove right by it the first time I was trying to visit, as my Google Maps sent me too far. Hope you find them. Lots of compost and soil options, roses, and bulk deliveries. A good go to garden shop, and I appreciated the customer service! Thank you! I will be back.

Bought trees and other plants here several times. They are nice, helpful, and gave information I needed. All my trees and plants are thriving including my avocado trees! It’s worth the drive from Tracy or Manteca to check out what they have. Also I’ve visited other nurseries nearby and the customer service is not that great and their plants don’t look as good.

The people at this place are just down right RUDE! I called to inquire about a certain plant I wanted and the girl just hung on me. Decided to stop in a few days later since I was in the area and the owner was no better! I would NEVER shop here to recommend this place.

This place has a huge selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, plants and landscape decors. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great prices! I highly recommend this nursery for your landscape and garden needs.
