We had trouble finding a place to store our 30-foot RV, and Terminous Boat & RV Storage had the perfect spot for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the process was very easy. Their storage rates are very reasonable, and we have excellent access to our RV. There is a lot of security, and the premises are very clean. We feel our RV is in safe hands with Terminous Boat & RV Storage. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Dear Fernando A-We have repeatedly contacted the management and we have got NO response for 3 months-You facility does not protect as promised. Your security cameras have not been working since the storm, which we were told by the management- as well as that it was highly possible that the burglary was done by "an insider" someone working there that knew the cameras were working. You have had this information for over 3 months.You also have all of our information to get in contact with us-Poor facility, poor customer service Fernando-

Mike is the best! From my first phone call with him to the day I brought my boat over. He has been very detailed in his communication. Overall, it is very well managed and maintained. Mike made sure I got into a very clean unit as well. I couldn't be happier to get a place close to the Delta for my boat. Will have to add more pictures the next time I'm out there.

WANTED NEGATIVE STARS OR NO STARS BUT GOOGLE WON'T POST A NO STAR REVIEW - New owner is a rip off, don't lease AT THIS SITE. I leased from prior owner and when a pull-thru opened up, I moved to a pull thru and was ecstatic. Was great could pull in from either side with my truck and trailer. Then back in the boat. New owner buys place, parks everything along south side of pull thrus, can't swing in to pull my quad cab pickup and 30 foot travel trailer. Complain to on-site manager get a shoulder shrug and sorry, not my call. Had to pull in and then when I wanted my travel trailer had to back in and then back it out. Some pull thru. Then rent goes from $400 to $600 during COVID in a little over year after new owner buys it and then plug my boat in for weekend and get a $25 electricity charge, somebody takes extension cord and still charging me for electricity. I finally find a new place to park my boat and trailer and move out and he has gall to enforce 30 day moveout, actually charges me for additional month when I gave 5 days in current month notice when he did not honor the lease I signed and what he advertises a PULL THRU Unit. Now that his units are overpriced, he is lowering new tenant rents but not giving breaks to tenants he ripped off the last two years. Glad to be out. Exploring my options, took all kinds of pictures and videos to prove his actions impacted my contracted use of the unit.DON'T LEASE HERE

Our Travel Trailer has been kept at Terminous Storage for 5 years. We have had a good experience here. The facility is gated and monitored by cameras, the grounds are clean, the staff, Michael, has communicated with me about my cover blowing off my Travel Trailer or new spots opening Up. I appreciate that. I feel that our TT is safe there and I appreciate that Terminous Storage is located so close to Yogi Bear TowerPark.
