I had a small fender bender with someone backing a trailer into my front end. I chose Taylored Autobody. They are very nice...small, operation, but very nice and seemed professional. They work with your insurance company easily enough, Angela is great, and her husband is a hard worker. But...When I recieved a call that my truck was ready for pick up, I showed up and they had installed 2 completely different looking and type of headlight housings, they said they aligned and adjusted my headlights, but when I turned them on...it was literally the worst aim ive ever seen. One was reflecting up and to the left into the sky, and the other was the complete opposite, LOL. Also...my turn indicator housings were completely ruined. One of their employees must have dunked them into a bucket of FILTHY dirty water and then took a pressure washer gun and turned it on and tried to spray inside the housings. There was twigs, and dirt, and a bunch of the reflective material was destroyed and missing...and there was a LOT of water inside them.
The nice thing tho...they worked with my insurance company and were able to completely replace both the headlight housings AND turn indicator housings. ...BUT ... The NEXT BIG PROBLEM is my hood (was stripped and completely repainted by them) formed a crack in the clearcoat about a month or 2 after i got it back. I notified them, but I haven't had time to take it down there for them to see, and since then..I just noticed more cracks are forming!! NOT COOL!! So...now I really need to take it to them to show them, and hopefully the owner will remedy it...cuz they were paid a good amount of money to redo the hood, and it shouldn't be EVER cracking or showing signs like this for at least 15 years or so. We'll see.

I took my 2018 Kia Optima into Taylored Auto Body due to damage on my right rear bumper. David and his crew are AMAZING!! The best auto body shop experience I have ever had! Very professional, honest, nice and high quality! From start to finish, this process was excellent! I went to 2 other auto body shops and this one had the best quote! I have taken my vehicles to the shop a few times, and every time the job is done it comes out like new and delivered the day It was promised. Very professional very clean easy to work with. Answers the phone when you call or calls right back if it goes to voicemail I appreciate that because I'm busy and the last thing I wanna do is be without my vehicle he makes it somewhat easier on life.

I searched and contacted several auto shops but eventually decided to go for Taylored Auto Body. David is patient and knowledgeable, and is willing to accommodate. Since my car damage will go through insurance, he explained the whole process step by step, and was able to do a quick assessment. His repair practice was for customer's best interest, not necessarily for the insurance companies. And they do work with all insurance companies, and help customers like me for the re-quote process, it was back and forth for their end, I only have to wait till it's done. It took a long time, but they communicated in time and always let me know the latest timeframe. In the end, David and his crew delivered their promise, it was beautiful work, brand new parts ordered and installed, paint flawlessly touched and matched. They said what they will do, and they did exactly that. I trust their work and appreciate their practice. I would highly recommend them.

I recently brought my brand new car, which was ran into shortly after I bought it, in to Taylored Auto Body. I just got the car back and it looks incredible, just like brand new. Dave and Angela provided incredible customer service as they were always very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable regarding my car. If I ever need any bodywork done on my car, I will be sure to come back and will always refer my friends and family and anyone else in the area to Taylored Auto Body!

I was searching around for auto body quotes for some minor front end damage I had on my 2013 Ford fusion. After a long search I decided to go to Taylor autobody.I was quoted a very inexpensive price.
