Very bad experience in car wash. The employee misbehaved with me when i vacuum my car
. Every time when i wash my car there i wash first and then vacuum my car. Sometimes only wash car.today he comes straight to me and says go inside pay first. Why i pay for vacuum it's included the wash .

Count your change! I've been in this store 3 times, and each time, different cashiers have given me incorrect change, in their favor. It's always under a dollar, but if they do this to everyone, they'll have a tidy sum at the end of the day, I'm sure.

Long story short,Car Wash! paid for 30 day pass 4-25, did not receive pass, had to wait 4 days for a English speaking person to get there. Showed him copy of my bank statement charge he said it shows pending, to come back when it goes through. Ok 2 more days, it passed the bank, now 7 days later, I'm there again same guy having a bad day as 3 other people are trying to get their issues fixed, finally he gives me my pass. Now 5-25 30 days later I noticed the carwash charged my card again turns out it's a reoccurring monthly charge, from a car wash. Total scam, I called to get them to cancel the charge and of course I had to wait an hour for someone English speaking to call me back, to tell them to cancel it I never authorized that to begin with, he said I have to come there and fill out forms to cancel. Tried to explain I did not authorize that and I'm 30 miles from there. Only go about 3 times a week. He said no. I'm disputing the charge with bank now. I will inform you of out come later. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Horrible place. I moved and correctly cancelled my car wash membership I was told it was cancelled and I would also be refunded for the remainder of the month. Not only was I not refunded but I was charged the following month. Now I can’t get an answer or a call back. This is stealing. I have verification that I cancelled.

Worst car wash ever. The owner is a bitter old MAN. Just went through and purchased a monthly program. Showed him my receipt and he began yelling at me that I needed to show it to the other owner (brother perhaps) spraying my car down before entering.The bitter old man then proceeded to yell at me to pull into the vacuum stall! ZERO customer service!!! Very bad name for Chevron whom my family has owned many stocks in this company since Standard OIL. Thanks I'll take my business elsewhere!!! They NEVER have a smile on their face nor say thank you unless you're dropping off another $5 for half ass drying the vehicle on exit!!! @chevron chevron.com #chevronlodi

This is now the worst car wash i have ever been to i. my life. The front of the car is not clean at all. talked to the manager and he told me this is an express car wash that getting the front bugs off is detailing. i told him the guy at the front of the car wash (that has a brush for that purpose) didn't scrub the front at all. He told me again that this is an express car wash and i am asking for a detailing car wash. The bugs were from yesterday and the car is always parked in a garage. these bugs were not baked on. should have come off easily. I know i can get them off easily. I guess I should have washed the car myself and saved the $14. Then, over my the vacuum area, one of employees walked by my car so I said Hi. He approached me and asked me what I said in a defensive tone. I told him I said hi. I was vacuuming the floor mat outside the car and he told me not to break the vacuum hose end. I'm standing there in disbelief. i had lightly tapped the vacuum hose on the rug. Needless to say, I am not coming back here ever again. In the past, the guy that wipes down the car told me to go through the car wash because my car was not clean. i guess the new management is way different.

Stopped in to fill up and get a few snacks. Sore was clean and the grounds were very well maintained. Employees were just OK. Mainly stopped in for the use of their restrooms however they were closed. Snacks were limited as they had no takis and no arizona. They did however offer full bottles of liquor for your choosing, a whole isle, lol.

I purchased a car wash approximately 7 days ago. Unfortunately, I did not have time to run my car through the wash on date of purchase so I returned 7 days later to use the car wash code I paid for. I was informed by the manager (Indian/Hindu male) that they are not required to inform customers of an "expiration date" , nor is this "expiration date" indicated anywhere on the receipt. This is not about the measly $10.00. This is about providing honest customer service and honoring a service that was previously paid for.

The quality of wash is good, and the attendant hosing/scrubbing the cars at entry is friendly and does a good job. My issue is with "Jay" the Manager. He clearly does not value customer service which is a shame considering the nice, new facilities. I had poor interactions with him myself, and I witnessed several other customer service situations that were handled poorly. If upper management would like more details on this, Id be happy to explain.

Before you buy car wash membership make sure manager is there and not on vacation or on lunch that day or you won't get what you paid for. I bought a membership to the car wash, and it said to see the cashier, I went inside to the cashier and she said the car wash manager is the only person to hand those out and that and that's he's currently on lunch, so I went grocery shopping and came back and he still wasn't there, I went a couple days later and he's still not there. I see my card is automatically charged the next month and go in and he is fortunately there. I tell him I want to cancel my car wash because I haven't been able to use it because he isn't here. He started yelling at me like it's my fault no one was there. I tell him I want a refund and he tells me it's my fault for not coming in to get it. I took a picture of the car wash regional managers phone number and reached out but he never got back to me about it. I never got my money back for the first month and had to have the next month cancelled through my bank. Terrible experience you have to walk to the back of the car wash to talk to some man in a small closet sized room and he started yelling at me almost immediately. Terrible service, couldn't tell you how the car wash works because ironically I never used it IMPORTANT: I posted before reading reviews but all 1 star reviews are about the car wash and management there yelling and being called names, if you are smarter than me and read reviews before buying Pat attention to how no one likes the car wash and calls it a scam, don't waste your time or money at this place

Car wash Manger is very rude and we tired to cancel our monthly membership. Let them know they charge me for 6 months and I used it for only 1 month. Wouldn’t cancel had to go to the bank and freeze all transactions from this place. Extremely disappointing.

Took my 87 yr. old mother and her car here and bought a wash and another for 50% off, only washed did not vacuum car at the time since my mother is disabled and couldn't stand outside car. Returned 3 days later to vacuum and was very rudely told that's not how it works. After explaining and offering to show my receipt I was given an even more rude explanation of that's not how it works. I will wait till my truck is muddy AF before I will return to use my other wash and that will be my last time there!

The “manager” of the car wash is TERRIBLE!!! I pay for the gold subscription on two separate vehicles I own. Never any issues with one of the stickers. The second sticker has non stop issues. Mostly recently the sticker was not working so a random car wash employee instructed me to take the sticker off my windshield so he could wave it directly in front of the scanner to get it to acknowledge it. I was instructed by this employee to return to the car wash when the manger was there. When I returned, the “manager” chastised me for taking the sticker off my windshield and then refused to replace it because it would cost him $15 and there can’t be anything wrong with my sticker.I asked to cancel my subscription due to poor customer service and the “manager” told me I’d have to submit a request in writing, that they do no accept verbal requests to cancel.Oh, and I should also mention that the car wash doesn’t even work correctly all the time. More often than not the top roller brush doesn’t engage to clean the vehicle.
