I stopped by earlier today with my family and decided to get my daughter a drink. When approaching the register I wasn't greeted. The older lady rolled her eyes at me when I was ordering and was not helpful to the younger lady working with her. They both looked like they didn't want to be there and where definitely not people friendly. Drink was good just bad customer service.

Kettleman/lower sac branch #17 The whole staff crew welcomes me quality service,if I was in a 5 star club floor hotel, they've done excellent ? since I first walk in as a new customer, a polite beautiful smiling worker approach me by nick name Mena, I new then behind her co-workers who was working synchronized together like a well oiled machine, a must daily stop before I go fishing or other misc, thing, they open early enough,so there's no reason what so ever that I didn't have my coffee 3 3 with a well toasted plain bagel with cream cheese,

Drive through staff were rude and my order was 3 items. I was $2 short on the full order I literally live a block away. my coffee and one of the other items were completely paid for and the 3rd item partially paid for. the lady had given me my coffee and demanded I give her back my coffee (mind you the coffee was completely paid for already.) I said look I live a block away you already took the $14 off my card you hang on to the other 2 items (that I paid partially for already) I'll be back in 5 min with the $2 and pick up those 2 items. she proceeded to argue with me and yell at me. I drove off with my $14 cup of coffee was back in 5 min with the $2 and she said she voided the order and I couldn't get the rest of my order. And none of my money was refunded to my card so I paid $14 and some change for a vinti Carmel frape. I'll never go there for coffee again I'll travel to a farther Starbucks or go to Dutch Bros. From now on

When this location is open I like the drive up option. I stopped coming because it was always closed. I hear it’s from lack of staffing. Besides the closer, when it’s open my drinks are always good, haven’t had any issues.

We were inside the store @ 3.40pm and we were greeted to say they r closed /closing and just use d drive thru. We are already inside the store!!! We told the barista we are ordering to go...and she said they are closed...but we are inside!!! Very very poor/bad customer serivice!!! If there is only a negative star...which the store deserve!!!

I think the Lodi Safeway Starbucks pop up on Kettleman is underrated. I have been going for the past month. I typically order iced coffee with 2% and classic, super basic order. There is no bitter/burnt after taste, and there is little to no wait! On the contrary, the Starbucks store right across the street has very long lines. Customers can easily wait for 20-30 min during peak hours in the morning. And there is sometimes a bad aftertaste for a basic iced coffee order (lately, it's a hit or miss, sometimes tastes as if the coffee grinds have been over-roasted).

I ordered an Iced Americano and received luke warm watered down coffee with no ice. I was really disappointed and decided never purchase from a Starbucks inside of this grocery store from now on. I thought I'd be more efficient since I was shopping, but regret not going through the drive thru of another Starbucks literally across the parking lot.

While I visiting dozens of Starbucks locations every week and writing reviews on them, providing mostly 5-star assessment, I can determine all other locations which providing services much better than this location. So compare to others, it is the same tea, but without Famous Starbucks Coffee Company Culture and Values.

Stephan could not even act like he wanted to be a work. Didn't even acknowledge that I walked to the counter, after a few minutes when he came to the counter I wasn't greeted or asked what I'd like. After awkwardly placing my order Stephan started making my two drinks. Tristan who works for Safeway walks over and starts asking for a "drink sample", Stephan says he has a customer good for him, but then proceeds to ask Tristan what he'd like. He would like the guava tea.... when my peach tea is made, it doesn't look lightly colored, it's bright pink. I proceed to ask "This is the peach one right?" Stephan tells me yes. So I leave with both my drinks. Guess who was conveniently made a Guava tea, that's right, me and Tristan! It's so easy to cut corners when you don't give a crap
