My experience at Sheryl’s was absolutely amazing. Immediately walking into the salon I loved the vibe, so bright and warm. They have a variety of beautiful dresses to choose from. Jackie was my consultant and she was phenomenal. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. Her presence was incredible and she made me feel so comfortable and confident. I did in fact say yes to the dress and I can wholeheartedly say that it was due to Miss. Jackie. Sheryl was also wonderful and her salon is definitely one you don’t want to miss out on. I can’t wait to see my dress in a few months.

Today was my first and ONLY day of wedding gown shopping. I didn't see any appointments available online so I decided to call and see if they could squeeze me in. Fortunately, Sheryl (the owner) was able to get me in within an hour of calling. I really didn't think I was going to purchase today, but Sheryl really helped me narrow down my likes/dislikes. She was very patient with me and my mom. We practically had Sheryl and the whole boutique to ourselves for almost 2 hours because she had no other appointments. So brides maybe best to try to get in on a weekday if possible because her weekends fill up! Very thankful for you Sheryl. You were a pleasure to work with !

After a horrible experience at another bridal shop, I took my wedding dress to get altered with a different shop and ended up at Sheryl's due to a recommendation from a friend. Sheryl Giles definitely went above and beyond and although my wedding dress experience was robbed at my last bridal shop, Sheryl Giles made up for it tenfold. She was communicative, organized and timely. She helped me figure out how many points to place on my bustle and steamed both my veil and dress and had it in perfect condition prior to pickup! I cannot recommend this place enough, please be a stress free bride and take your dress to Sheryl's for alterations, you will NOT have to worry about A THING!

I said yes to the dress at Sheryl Giles two weeks ago and I’m still on cloud nine!I ended up choosing a dress totally different than what I originally thought I wanted, thanks to their professional guidance and patience as I worked through different fits and styles. Sheryl and Jessica genuinely care about your experience and are extremely professional.After an unpleasant session at a larger bridal salon in Sacramento, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Go support this local business - you won’t regret it!

I had such high hopes going into my apartment to find a wedding dress. Unfortunately my hopes were not met in the slightest. I left after I believe 20-30 minutes in tears. I did not find the lady helping me find a wedding dress to be helpful at all and she came off as rude. There were no kind words, excitement, or anything from her. My sister in law went to the same shop a few years back, and had the same stylist. Her experience and mine were complete opposites. I unfortunately would not recommend any future bride to go here. I felt amazing going into my apartment, but absolutely terrible leaving. Good news, I was able to say yes to the dress thanks to the great people at Bianca’s Bridal, especially thankful to Taylor who helped me!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! This bridal shop and its staff are an absolute delight. I went into the shop a month before my wedding because the first bridal shop where I bought my dress scammed me. Jennifer is terrific; I love her! First, her energy is amazing, and she made me feel so much better about everything. She took me as a walk-in and went right to work to find me a new dress. The next day, I came in with my bridal party, and I found a dress!! Their communication and customer service have been the best I have ever received. They have truly taken care of me during this stressful time. Sheryl (the store owner) was so helpful as well. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your dress and alteration needs. The pricing was so reasonable, and I believe not receiving my original dress from another shop was a blessing in disguise. Every time I go in for a fitting, they're all so lovely and sweet. In conclusion, I cannot say it enough: I LOVE IT HERE and urge everyone to check it out.

Sheryl was a LIFE SAVER! I had a beautiful dress, but I lost 75 lbs before my wedding and it became a baggy, saggy mess that wouldn't stay up. I thought I would have to buy an entirely new dress and really dreaded anyone seeing me in my dress, but Sheryl came to the rescue! She took the dress in somethin like 7 inches, plus added a corset, making it fit *beautifully*. She was such a lovely person to work with and she even did a third round of alterations without asking for extra. I finally felt like a bride and I just can't say enough positive things about this wonderful woman! But other than that, the salon was clean, décor was beautiful, and dress options were stunning. I also tried on an incredible floral Eddie K dress, but ultimately kept my current dress. I am SO EXCITED to get married now and have everyone see my gorgeous dress!

This bridal shop is incredible! Sheryl is an absolute *DREAM* to work with. In short, I lost 75 lbs before my wedding, so my purchased wedding dress had become super baggy. I didn't feel good and I even considered buying an entirely new one because I couldn't imagine it could be salvaged.... I even asked to try on more dresses, which Sheryl helped me out with too.But I ultimately did the alterations on the original dress and Sheryl came through for me in a big way!! She has several recommendations for how to alter the dress in the most aesthetically pleasing way, which look phenomenal!! It was modified with a beautiful corset to give some flexibility in case I lost more weight, plus took the dress in by something insane like 7 inches. The price was super reasonable and she even did a second round of adjustments for me without adding on to the price AND her turnaround time was SO QUICK!At my final fitting I had the most pure moment of relief looking at myself in the mirror and I felt so bridal for the first time. I can't wait to wear it to my wedding and I'm just so grateful to Sheryl and her team - they were a pleasure and I'd recommend anyone to come here! Before I was dreading having people see me in my dress and now I JUST CAN'T WAIT!

I purchased my wedding dress at Sheryl Giles but unfortunately I said yes to the dress a bit too soon. I was very overwhelmed with all the beautiful dresses they had to choose from and also the opinions of my bridal party. As beautiful as my dress was, it just wasn't the one for me. Instead of having an unhappy Bride, Sheryl went above and beyond until I found the perfect dress of my dreams! I can't thank her enough for not only being patient with me while I found my dress but for the amazing experience she has given me as well. I'll never forget our one on one appointments and how comfortable and beautiful she made me feel through the whole process. She is very attention to detail, gives her honest and professional opinion and will MAKE SURE you walk out a happy and beautiful bride! My bridal party also bought their dresses from here and were very happy. If you are looking for a bridal shop, this is the place to go.

The zipper on my daughters prom dress got stuck on some fabric and would not budge the night before prom. Sheryl agreed to look at the dress for us first thing in the morning. She was able to fix the zipper but was willing to rearrange her morning to fix a dress that was not even purchased at her store. She is amazing and so kind. Her alterations are beautiful and her dedication to her store makes me happy to recommend her services to anyone. Thank you Sheryl

I wanted to share my experience at Sheryl Giles Bridal as a plus size bride. To be honest, I almost canceled my appointment because I didn't think the shop was going to have a good selection of dresses for us plus size women just looking through the window and on social media. But I am very happy I did not, and something in my gut told me I had to look here. Jacqueline who helped me out for the day pulled a good variety of dresses that complemented and showed off all of my curves, she was amazing! I found the dress of my dreams & was able to bring my mother & grandmother in to show them the following day. I recommend this place for all Brides!Thank you Jacqueline and Sheryl Giles so much!

Poor experience from a brides perspective. The try on experience was not great due to the lack of mirrors. Outside the dressing room there is one full length mirror and it was hard to see myself from other angles so I had to rely on pictures from my party to see the rest of the dress. Inside the dressing room there's NO MIRRORS, so I was getting dressed and walking out blind. This is an issue because I asked the employee not to bring me anything too revealing, I made it clear how much I did not want to be exposed. She still ended up bringing me a dress that was very revealing and I could not tell on the hanger. Once I walked out I seen how revealing it was and my party told me they could see my butt. I was so embarrassed I couldn't get back into the dressing room fast enough. From then on I did not want to try dresses on anymore. Luckily I tried one on that I liked prior to the revealing dress. I told the employee which one I wanted, she took my measurements and she told me that she'll send me info via email and we left. My party immediately asked if I get to take a "I said yes" picture and I said she didn't offer so I guess they don't do that here. They all agree that the service here was lacking. After the appointment I hadn't received an email, still haven't been contacted in any way so I called the store multiple times and no answer. By the time they called back I had already found other stores in the area that sold the same exact dress for $300-$400 cheaper.
