First time buying a vehicle from Sanborn. Our experience started when my wife stopped by last week to see a specific vehicle. Kevin showed her the car, answered her questions, and let her take a test drive. His demeaner was warm and inviting. We returned yesterday so I could drive the car. Kevin wasn't in so Erick helped us out. He was also warm and inviting. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed or hustled. I made a single offer that I felt was reasonable. I also told him I wasnt a buyer for any additional products. Erick got the deal approved in minutes and Manny in finance did not try to upsell me on anything. It was one of the smoothest auto purchase transactions I've been through. Total time from test drive to contract was about 2 hours. We saw other vehicles at other dealerships for less money but Kevin's positive first impression stuck and we decided we wanted to try and make a deal at Sanborn. Thanks again to Kevin, Erick, and Manny for a great experience.

Terrie helped us buy our new Bolt and was friendly, thorough and valued our time. She made sure we got what we wanted, and we received an excellent deal with no hidden charges. Everyone we had contact with was knowledgable and efficient. The best part, besides feeling comfortable and not pressured throughout the sales experience, is that there was terrific follow up and follow through. We contacted both Terrie and the dealership a couple of times after the sale with questions and we got immediate feedback and resolution. Great place to buy a car.

So, about 6 weeks later and we are getting our car back for the 4th time from Sanborn. Hopefully, the a/c will be working this time. The first two times they tried something and it didn't work. The third visit they diagnosed it and had to wait for part to come in, which is understandable. We took it back and they had it for a week to fix it, no problem. And since our first visit the communication has improved. However, it was very frustrating to be charged another $100 warranty deductible when they are still servicing the same issue. Even if they had to order another part, it would seem that part should've been ordered the first time. Why are we penalized for them not diagnosing that originally? What's their motivation to do a job correctly if they are going to continue to charge customers when they fail to fix the car on the first visit? It's poor customer service. If the a/c doesn't work this time, will we be charged another $100 when they try and fix it next time?

Sanborn service department is below standard. I brought my car in for a 7:45 am service appointment. At 4:15pm, I called to check the status of my car. They hadn't even looked at it. On questioning, the service representative said they "will probably look it sometime tomorrow." So, my car sat there all day, and it may possibly get looked at tomorrow. I asked for the manager, and was told he will be back tomorrow. I told the representative I will pick-up the car today and take it somewhere else. A few minutes later, another service rep called and said they will definitely work on it tomorrow. Just to also mention: When I brought it in for my appointment, 2 of the service representatives looked busy on computers and were not handling customers. The other one had a short line and was the only one handling taking care of customers. Nobody acknowledges customers when they arrive.

Sanborn Chevrolet had the car we wanted. I live about 3 hours away so everything was handled over phone, email, and text. The whole process was smooth. Today I drove up and picked up our new car with 0 problems and 100% transparency. I was primarily assisted by Terrie and then Brad. Additionally, as a separate deal I sold my car I was replacing to them at a price better than Carmax and other places offered. It was worth the drive up for this smooth car buying experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had! I have been car shopping for approximately 3 weeks and went to 3 other dealerships prior to coming to Sanborn Chevrolet. No hassle, no pressure, and very easy to work with! There weren't any "high pressure" salespeople waiting outside, which is a pet peeve of mine. I walked into the showroom and was welcomed by my salesperson, Jason. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth! I test drove 2 vehicles and decided on a 2018 Kia Optima. Beautiful car, super clean, low miles and the exact price I wanted to spend. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! If I could, I would give it 10 stars! Amazing!

Ricardo was really great once he knew we were interested he sent us a detailed video of the car & helped us start the process while on the way since we live 3 hours away from the dealership. The car looked exactly like the pictures online & video he sent. I'm happy with my purchase!

Unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from this Chevy dealership again. I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from Sanborn. They lie constantly. I should have learned my lesson when they lied about doing an oil change on a used truck purchase the first time. Second time around finance lied about adding LoJack. I repeatedly asked if that was an extra charge. Worst Chevrolet dealer in area.

I have recently purchased a Bolt EUV at Sanborn Chevrolet last weekend and had the privilege of working with Terrie Wilson. She is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure, no games, everything was exactly as Terrie stated over the phone before I even got to the dealership. There were a few last minute changes that I requested and Terrie handled them like a champ. It was the easiest car purchase of my life. Thank you Terrie! Also, great job to the entire team at this location. I had my 3 year old and 6 year old with me and one of the sales reps brought his model Corvettes for them to play with while they waited for me to sign. Such a nice gesture! Justin Prasad, the Finance Manager, researched all available rebates and made sure that I got everything that I qualified for. I would definitely buy another car from Sanborn when the time comes.

I was in need of options to extend a warranty for our vehicle. I was put in contact with Justin Prasad from the Finance Department. Justin provided me with which options were available, and which options were reasonable for the vehicle. He also informed me of loyalty programs for our benefit and gave us a convenient timeline to process our selection. Justin is professional, realistic, not robotic, and provides a no hassle experience.

We just had a fabulous car buying experience through Sanborn! We even drove 3.5 hours to work with them because their customer service was unlike any other dealerships we had contacted. I first reached out to Terrie in February and she has been amazing in getting us into a new Suburban. She was quick to respond to all my questions, helped us place an order, and got me organized and ready so that the process from order to financing felt so easy!
