I just called to ask about the Christmas presents, the lady put me on hold for like 10 min, and she was rude when answering my questions, I just told her she was rude and hang up on her. Obviously she has no empathy...

Great place, helps low income folks struggling w/food insecurity, helps people get help paying their utilities, helps addicted people get clean and back on their feet. They even have a culinary training program. A great bunch of folks, oh , they also have bible study and church on Sun., not to mention the trillion other things they help out with. Great to have them in our community! Thanks! Really.....

This shelter claims they need all sorts of things but when I was there to drop off a slightly used table and like new toys and clothing. The man rejected my table and said it has scuffs and he can't take it because he can't resell it. Resell it? Since when? Then he wanted to pick out things he could resell from my trunk. I told him no and to not even touch my things. When has this place became a Goodwill? I thought this place was to give things to people who are in need of things for free, not for resale. I'm glad I was able to donate my things to other families in need without the rudeness. Won't be coming here with any of my good donations!

Don't bother donating here. Dropped off several items and the employee manning the drop offs was incredibly rude. Customer service is definitely not present especially for an organization that welcomes donations. I'm sure there are other organizations that would be appreciative of donations and treat others respectfully.

Tried to donate an antique table with 6 chairs. Was told they would not take it because it had a light scratch on the top of table. Can't believe these thrift stores!! If the furniture is not perfect don't bother to take it to the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Lodi. So disappointing
