Was provided a quote to sell a phone through there website and it was for over $550 went all the way to Stockton to be given an amount of $200 and the guy actually seemed kinda sketch in my opinion looking like he was lowballing me obviously I didn’t take the offer and left with knowledge I will never go back in that crooks store

They were very patient with us, they explained everything that needed to be done in great detail very kind and professional made us feel comfortable. Leaving our iPad there. They were done in a matter of an hour. They were quick And All did a great job. Ali was very helpful and professional. Seems like he’s a dedicated employee and very knowledgeable and handled Our iPad with complete care. Recommend this to friends and family definitely go back if something breaks

If you have insurance maybe. (Unfortunately insurance doesn't cover water damage) But if not then they are pricey with some services, but quick. Water damage including phones screen replacement can be repaired in an hour. The cost, in some cases, can be more than purchasing an excellent refurbished phone with a year warranty online. Offering no warranty on a water damage repair to boot. In turn you'll be paying slightly more for a water damage repair with no warranty, than an excellent refurbished with 1 year warranty. So check other deals they may exist with an outright purchase replacement vs repair. It comes down to how quick do you need your phone back.. an hour, or a week.. lol.. I would not recommend you have them service anything that they themselves won't warranty, even their own labor. They will not offer you any refund and charge you additionally to repair what they claimed to have fixed..
