Everything that was supposed to be delivered came in pieces the bed don’t even have a frame just a mattress an headboard. Every time I spoke with somebody for the past two months regarding a pick up, nobody was able to help me or schedule a pick up. When I asked to speak with the manager Adilia, and the district manager Francisco I was denied any help. I had nobody to reach out to. As they refused to give their numbers or email. They continued to take money out of my account even though I scheduled a pick up for two months. Don’t rent from them. They’re stuff don’t come in one piece a they will intentionally destroy your credit.

My mom has had a open account with rent a center for maybe the past 3years she bought 2 stereos from this store in Lodi they were supposedly going to get fixed they so called fixed them she had to return them back because they still were not working so since maybe 2 years back almost 4 managers have just given my mom lies saying they were on there way and still back to nothing horrible service I just called corporate office today hopefully we finally get an actual answer after this.

Do not rent from here. The staff has no clue what they are doing.. I basically had to help them do their job just to get signed up for our appliances in the first place. Then when delivery day came, we waited all day for an email for the contract to sign and never received it even after fixing the email they had and confirming it. The manager is absolutely no help at all and has no care for you or your business. She refused to have our appliances delivered because it was close to closing time even though it was still during our appointment time for our delivery and we wouldnt be available again for a week due to work and their business hours... now we have to go a week without our appliances again and she wasnt willing to do anything to help or make up for THEIR mistake. The only thing that was offered was to push our payment out a week.. no credit, no trying to get our order to us when promised, no nothing. Then when she didnt like to hear what we had to say she hung up on us. We are probably just going to get a refund and they will lose out on $1000 because of their poor choice in staff and managers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This place is changed since the last manager promise one thing this new manager is not seeing something different. I’ve been a customer there for over 10 years when Martha was there she took good care of me. I had such wonderful customer service now this new manager today Seems not to care about my business. It’s sad because now I really don’t want to go back to that place again. I bought so many items from them and now their policies have changed. You would think that after 10 years of service and doing things right and paying on time they would honor a person. Very sad!

Never but a washer and dryer from them . They say they will have customer satisfaction. They dont . We bought a set and we had them service done on them. The place they sent them to messed them up and because we ended up paying them off and kept them fixing them they. They should have just replaced them . They didn't. So ever since we have had to deal with them . We will never go back to them again. Oh ya be careful they will also start over changing you on what you buy because they will keep restarting your contract. In stead of $1000 you owe they will make sure you pay 3000 to 4000 for you perchous.

I really like the service at Rent a Center, excellent customer service, they all were very helpful and made things easy. The delivery drivers did an excellent job delivering. They were fast and were on time. Thanks everyone at Lodi Rent a Center.
