This pharmacy has been very good with my mom’s medication. The staff is excellent and very accommodating.

Can't speak for the store. But I will never return to their establishment because the absolute horrible customer service received by the main guy who answers the phone. Told me 3 different days when medication would be ready and when I called to verify, he tells me he never talked to me and his whole attitude changed for the worst and when I pointed it out. He doubled down on how he was right.

My friend was treated horribly here by the pharmacist. When she asked the pharmacist why he never called her about the prescription issue he lied to her claiming that he did, TOOK HER PHONE and started scrolling through her call history. When he couldn't find the call in her history he claimed that it must be the reception in the store or something. He accused her of being a drug seeker because she needed 20 tablets of 5 mg Norco-- the lowest dose available a month ago and now needs them again. Home girl has a kidney stone that she's waiting on surgery for and he yells at her in the store like she's some teenager for needing very low dose pain medication for pain that has been compared to childbirth. This behavior was disgusting to witness. Do better.

I went there to ask the pharmacist "Gill" a question regarding my medications. He proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending way, which was borderline harassment. He even rose his voice at me, making me feel very uncomfortable. I have been a registered nurse for 10 years, but he talked down to me if I was a child. He even said, "I have been doing this longer than you have been alive," when I had a legitimate question about a prescription. Do not recommend, not helpful or friendly will be taking my business elsewhere.

I really like Raley's pharmacy in Lodi. Like many pharmacies, you need to stay on top of RX prices but the staff is not rude and the pharmacist is ALWAYS very helpful & friendly. This pharmacy lets me use coupons, pay cash or even use the in-house prices to help me get the best price for my meds.

I have shopped at this store since I was a baby, I even worked there as an adult. And I can say for sure this store is well kept and has good, friendly service. I will always have this store to come back to for great food and friends.

I have always been impressed by the quality and value of the bakery and deli items at Raley's. We started using the e-cart service over a year ago and it has been AMAZING! The e-cart employees are so thorough and so patient! They find great substitutions for out-of-stock items. In my order yesterday, they subbed four 8oz bags of cheese for a 32oz bag and price adjusted it to match! And they are EXPERTS at packing your bags! Even in very large orders, I have never experienced squished bread or broken eggs. We are so appreciative of their hard work and their care!

I remember when the deli was awesome. I miss those days. It is no longer awesome. Now I go to Safeway and cry into my lunch over what used to be.

Favorite place to shop for groceries in Lodi! Love their fresh bread loaves, the prepared food selection, and produce quality and variety. Best place to find specialty items for gourmet meals.

The bakery did an amazing job on a cake for my now 7 year old! Two days before Thanksgiving as well. Thank you for making his day special when we weren't able to have a traditional "big" party. It was delicious

Raley's in Lodi, I won't be back for awhile. Today after shopping, I passed a young woman outside the ONLY exit door, offering a petition to recall Governor Newsom. It made me very uncomfortable as, again, it was the only exit door and I had to walk right past her. Basically ruined my day. Too bad for you, Raley's!
