They charged me $5 for accepting a package from FedEx and "holding" it. Have done business with others and was never charged a "holding fee".

I can't say enough good things about this establishment and those that work there. I'm working on starting up a small business with very little funds and they have been so helpful with everything and so kind. Always smiling and nice to everyone. They will forever have my loyalty as a customer!

much better way to mail a package. They helped with the box size and even packed and taped for me! I was the only one in there for about 15min which is rare this time of the year when everyone is shipping gifts. Oh, I also needed to have a document notarized which they were able to help with as well all at the same time! Oh, and made a copy of a document as well! Total full service! I'll definitely go back! The staff was super helpful and friendly too!

I was told to use this place to take care of my shipping needs. My package was checked in and weighed for shipment along with email receipts and tracking numbers. I received my notification the minute package was received 5 days not bad. Go ship with postal annex+

We we're having our mailbox broke into and mail taken so we rented a P.O. Box here at postal annex and put our minds at ease. "D", the owner was very welcoming and explained how's things worked as far as picking up and dropping off of mail or packages. Now, years later we still go to Postal Annex if we need to ship something last minute with Fed Ex or UPS and they(the great staff) make it easy and stress free. They also have awesome flashlights(LED) that are worth checking out and the kids love going inside the store because they have a pretty good collection of Doug and Mellisa toys for sale. If you need anything office related then you'll probably find it here as well. Great resource for all your shipping/Amazon return needs as well.
