Went in and paid to load my phone. It never loaded!!! What the heck. What did you do? Tried calling and they never answer their phone. Will never use this Metro PC again!

Had decent experience for myself. The store Had an irate customer who was cursing and yelling at the cashier what cause did I'm unsure I stepped in to diffuse the situation because the security guard looks scared to death and all the other employees just sit there while the girl got yelled at and cursed at. He did finally leave but not before he cursed at her some more and threatened to come back and retaliate

This is THE WORST place to do business with they are rude, unprofessional, and they have completely incompetent people working for them. I will drive to another town if i have to just so i dont have to go into the metro store on Cherokee ln in Lodi. I get the run around every time i go into this store. I am almost to the point of changing my whole phone service to another carrier because of them. Absolutely the worst place to go for anything!!!!!!

We went in at 6:45pm and Adam and Mo were great! They stayed a 1/2 hr after closing to get us our new phones. They were very friendly and extremely patient with us. We were changing phone carriers and they took care of everything! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new phone/phone provider to go to this Metro PCS Store. Best customer service I have gotten from any cell phone company. We will be referring friends and family to this store! Kathy & Mike
