I wish I had the gentleman's name who helps us here but he always takes his time to explain things fully and give his honest opinion on what we should do with our account. We have verizon as well and expected metro wouldn't be that great but the in store service has been awesome.

I don't know the name of the young man that works there. He is African American. Every time I walk into that place and he helps me, I walk out with a smile on my face and heart. He is just ao kind, polite, helpful and professional. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Horrible horrible service. When you straight up chose to get your pay out instead if being a heartfelt person and helping a customer = you lost a long time customer in the end because of your greed!!!! Rip off. They add unnecessary crap onto your bill that's why they always suggest new line because bigger payout.

In town you'll get decent cell service no matter what, and the price is right, but the customer service is just horrible. There's usually one person in the store that knows what they're doing, the others can do more basic stuff like start service or take payments. Dealing with phone or chat representatives is terrible!!
