He goes above and beyond to meet your needs -He ensures you're getting the best phone for the right price and that your service plan matches your needs. All for pennies on the dollar. I'll definitely be purchasing any future phones and handling any future issues/needs in his store.

GET THE BEST PHONES and PLANS here! I came in for a phone that fit my budget and I was helped with professional and friendly staff. FAMILY owned and operated, this is really the best cell phone place in Lodi. The plans are much better than what you get at a big corporate chain and fast and easy service. Don’t miss them on Harney RD on west.

The person that took care of me was extremely helpful and patient and kind with his service. I came in to purchase a new phone because mine was stolen and he worked with me and was able to retrieve all my personal information and block out the old phone. I'm very happy with the help I received today and would recommend and go there again.

What a relief we found such a caring representative. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, and he walked my mom thru finding the best phone for her needs. He took the time to explain how everything works. This should be your go to store if you want good service.?

I just moved back to California and needed all store to activate my phone. I had a replacement phone and it's a battle to keep my plan and only the BEST representatives are willing to help me. I have a great plan and I'm not losing it. Out of the 3 stores in Lodi, I chose 523 W. Harney Lane.OMG, I made the best choice possible. The gentleman who helped me actually listened and cared about what I had to say. I was blown away. Thanks to him, I got my new phone transferred, my credit is still on my account, AND I kept my plan. I recommend this store and their super amazing customer service to anyone who wants the best. I can only mark 5 stars, but he's worth much more. Thank you!!!! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
