“11/02/2022I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. I saw only one employee working. The computer check in was not working but there was a sign in list. After I signed in I sat down for a minute before I was called in. For being the only person there, she did a really good job of keeping things going. The customer service was excellent. She was very professional but friendly. I always go to this Quest and sometimes I may have to wait a few minutes but it is not bad.”

“Let me start by saying that there are two locations in the same parking lot, so if you can't get into the main location, chances are that you can get into the smaller location without a wait. I have been to both and the staff at both are really nice. If you arrive in earlier part of the morning, be prepared to wait up to an hour until it's your turn. That is the prime time for blood work. All of the poor people who have been fasting are trying to get things done so they can devour breakfast somewhere. If you can wait until after lunch, you can get in and out without a wait. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 based on the condition of the waiting rooms, which you sometimes spend a long time waiting in. The waiting rooms of both places are sad looking. The chairs are torn and stained which doesn't exactly make you want to cozy up in them for your (sometimes long) wait. Overall, nice staff. The waiting rooms could use some attention.”

“We live in Galt and decided to try the Lodi quest on Ham Street as I had to have blood drawn for my recently turned three year old. I was very afraid to do so as I didn’t know how he would react. Let me just say this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had regarding blood drawn including my own experiences. The ladies of the staff were very patient with him very kind to him and made him feel comfortable which was exactly what I needed, they helped reassure the both of us . Me and my tot were in and out within 10 minutes if that. The ladies of the staff were very friendly, warming, and professional. I do not care how far away we could move I will always make the trip down to this quest for my families blood work.”
