To make a long story short I felt fortunate to get a convenient appt this morning after hearing my open electric window mechanism go "clunk" when closing door hard in the wind last night (afternoon rain coming) KNOWING I would pay more to fix elsewhere. Don't waste $$, arrange your repair HERE
