The owner, General Manager, Mr. Mike Lahham was the main reason why I got my dream car here. This was the very first time, the owner himself was the one who helped me from credit application till I got the loan. Very rarely that the GM himself will help an ordinary person like me. Unbelievable! But yes, he did it. Me and my husband don't have good credit. We're even below average but he made it possible. He has a BIG HEART for everyone. In his eyes everyone should be treated equally. Special mention to Eric of Finance who had been so nice and accommodating, explain every single details. Also special mention to John or Johnny of Sales helping us with the papers and showed us how to use the special features of the car. Awesome people and excellent customer service.

A greedy manager would rather let my mom pass out than lose a sale.I accompanied my family here today, 11/4/23. We were there from approximately 1 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. My brother was looking to test drive a car and see some price estimates. Positive notes: We were promptly greeted by a kind and patient salesman. He happily let my brother test drive a car and took his time clearly explaining all the perks and taking questions. My brother let him know that he did not want to purchase a car today because it was the first car he looked at. However, he and the rest of our family were happy to get price estimates. As the math was getting worked out, it was suggested that my mother cosign so that my brother could get a better/safer monthly payment. My mother then gave her driver's license to our salesman so that he could make a copy. We sat and waited for a while. Perhaps about 15 mins? We didn't mind too much... until my mother started to feel ill. This is where the issue begins. My mother's blood sugar started to drop. She usually keeps candy but happened to have none today. We also did not plan to stay as long as we did.It got to the point where we needed to leave. However, our salesman was not back yet. Not his fault since he had no idea.Once our salesperson got back to us and returned my mother's license, we told him the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. He was understanding but had my brother come talk to his manager for one last thing before we left. At this point, I had called my boyfriend, who was close by, to bring my mother some fruit snacks. I was sitting with her on the couch now, monitoring her. Negative notes:My brother had let the manager know that my mother's sugar was low and we needed to leave. I watched and heard the manager dismiss our situation as he tried to get my brother to buy a car he was not confident in. I walked over and restated that we needed to go before we had a real medical emergency on our hands. Our salesman and his manager both stepped into their office for a moment. During this time I told my family to just leave. I was not trying to have my mother go to the hospital today. My family exited the building and the manager returned holding some snacks in his hand. This would have been a nice gesture except for three reasons:--The first reason, he presented them to me and said something along the lines of, "She just needs some sugar, right?" His derisive tone and cocky smile let me know that our situation was but a hurdle for his intentions. --The second reason was that he did not even take a moment to think before he told my brother to wait after my brother let him know we needed to leave.--The third reason is that his efforts were just too little too late. The moment it was clear that he did not care that my family needed to leave to care for my mother, any chance of buying a car fell to zero. While my brother did not want to purchase a car today, that did not mean he would not want to keep in touch and come back again. I am highly disappointed and disgusted that this manager truly failed to see that the well-being of a customer is more important than pushing a sloppy car sale. This tells me that he had no intention of helping us get a fair deal in a normal scenario. His lack of consideration was and is absolutely insulting. The salesman who initially helped us was kind. He also seemed to be fairly new and he is young. If it was just him, I believe our salesman would have been understanding and let my family leave without risking my mother's health any further. So, I thank Shayan for just trying to do his best. To the manager. A taller, sort of burly man with red hair. If you read this, I ask you to please reflect on this interaction if you remember it. I want you to realize just how dire this situation could have been. I already know you will say we should have grabbed coffee or snacks from the little room tucked away on the other side of the building. When we were welcomed inside, we were not aware of your complimentary accommodations. We w

The Good:They had the car I was looking for.The Bad:On the phone, they promised it would be sold for X price, nothing extra. I drove a very long distance to get there and when the paperwork came in they added some additional large charges for a scam product (paint protection coating) I could not remove.

Frank Shaikh and his higher ups were very helpful in customizing a budget that suits our needs for purchasing a car. They went above and beyond with customer service and help.

I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, Lodi Toyota was the worst one yet,had a friend ask me to go with her to Lodi because she found a corolla she was interested in. She was buying cash, so I told them. exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay OTD. She had a trade in witch they only tried giving us 900 for when Carmax gave us 3K. Long story short we left and came to Stockton Toyota and found a better deal and a respectable sales person.

I highly recommend this dealership. I've bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers and I've never been treated with such courtesy and respect as was my experience here. I was the one acting like a jerk because I misunderstood what they were trying to tell me about my under warranty oil change. Instead of responding in kind they were patient and understanding, thanks to that I will never go anywhere else but here for my automotive needs

Place is a joke. Went in to get a purchase order for a car that was listed for 42 days on their site only to find out it was sold 16 days prior! Then, they offered me a different car that already had front bumper damage like it's hit a wall! SMH wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.

Terrible they lie about what they do to you’re car after two attempts at getting an oil change they did not top off my fluids they did not change my air filter they did not check the floor mat’s which I left undone on purpose to see how honest they are , and they are not !!! They checked off all these things they say they did , I decided to take my car to a friend that’s a mechanic he changed my oil it was dark I just recently went to get this done at the Lodi Toyota Camry how is this possible my coolant level was low the oil level was half way I have no leaks how is this possible it’s easy they didn’t do all they said they did , the cherry on top I ordered a windshield protector for my car I called them about 6 times in 8 months always told not here yet 2 years later I got it somewhere else like I do my maintenance services for my car now never again worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I was a little hesitant after reading the negative reviews about this particular dealership, but I decided to go anyways because they had the truck that I wanted on their lot. Here's how my experience went: I went in, test drove the truck, 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition, and liked it. I sat down with Satnam Singh and we started to talk about the out-the-door price for the vehicle. Like many of the reviews, I was bewildered by the dealership markup. Although it took the entire day, I was able to leave with my dream truck at a price that I was willing to pay.Thank you Mr. Singh, Mike in finance, and the Lodi Toyota team for making my first dealership experience a memorable one.

Service advisor was just rude. if you need service go to Toyota of Stockton they actually take the time to explain everything. Only reason I came here was because Stockton was fully booked never coming here again.

I have bought 2 new cars there and have serviced my cars there for 13 years. I was always treated with respect. This morning I was treated so rudely and was talked to condescendingly. I needed a part for my car and he told me flippantly that it would be over $800. He told me I could get it cheaper somewhere else unbelievable! I will never ever go back there! Btw I was planning to buy a new car there! A photo of what I needed

Went there with my s/o originally to look at a 2023 Toyota Four Runner and ended up taking a couple of trucks out to test drive. We were met and greeted by JC. Remember the name. Most of the SUV's and trucks in the used car lot that we looked like they had seen better days. Trim on them didn't match all the way around and looked as though they may have been previously in a accident. Or the steering wheel would vibrate in my hands as we were driving it down the road. We also drove a 2023 Tundra. Which was fully loaded and in all honesty we would have considered purchasing it but when we got a quote for what they wanted us to finance it for 15k over MSRP, we were quickly remembered why we don't go to dealerships and sit down. Please understand that this place is to be avoided by anyone who has any common sense. Do your research online and make sure the vehicle is on premises before showing up wasting your time and possibly your hard earned money dealing with the sales people here.
