Customer service here is top notch, very polite. I take care of my elderly folks. They get confused when it comes to a vehicle, understanding what needs to be fixed. The employee that helped made sure to go over all the things that needed to be done and checked. The mechanics here know what they are doing. had to get ac tested and smog done for a yaris, they were done before the time they had said it would be. Will definitely be going back for all future vehicle needs.

I was shopping for tires for my cargo trailer and decided to try Lodi Tire. I had not been there before. I called and got a price on the size tires that I wanted then took my trailer in. When I went to pick up my trailer, the cost of the tires was more than we spoke about on the phone. We quickly realized that the tires they put on were, slightly larger and more expensive than what we had talked about on the phone. The person that I spoke with originally was not there when I brought the trailer in so they replaced the tires with the same size that were on the trailer. The owner offered to swap the tires and put the smaller size on as I had originally wanted or sell me the larger tires at a discount. I chose to keep the tires they installed for the reduced price.
I am very happy with the tires, the zeroand the price that I paid for the tires. I definitely recommend Lodi Tire Service and will use them again.

I was shocked when I had to pay 30$ for a flat tire repair I think that’s over pricing most I’ve paid is 10-15$ . So for a flat repair these is not the place to go and if that’s the price for a flat I just wonder how much any other repair would cost

I would like to say how awesome I was treated at Lodi Tire Service. They did the alignment on my 97 Toyota Camry it drives perfect. Great price for the service. They checked my brakes and rotated my tires on my 2018 Subaru. Ohnest courteous and professional. I can't say enough about this business and the people that work there. Awesome customer service - received a quote for 4 new sneakers for my truck and wham a couple of weeks later - new sneakers, alignment and a fog light all for less than originally quoted! Left it for the day so they could work on it at will - got a phone call a couple of hours later it was ready! Thank you for the excellent service!

live had two vehicles attempted to get aligned here. the first one was off and they say they adjusted it as Much as possible and had to take it somewhere else where they laughed at the alignment. then I'm a pinch needed a car alignment and said I'll give em another shot and received a bill for them looking at it they couldn't align it and billed me 55 bucks and my abs light and airbag light have been on ever since. they are trash everyone gave them hood ratings but in my opinion there hacks who just want to sell you on new tires and not fix anything
