Absolute rudes and disrespectful employees ever. After an accident my truck was towed to their yard. Wouldn't allow me to get my personal belongings and called Lodi PD on me. Even after my insurance company sent them a letter stating i could remove my personal stero equipment, they tried everything still to prevent me from taking it and called Lodi PD on me again. They also refused to allow my minor son to be with me at the truck and made him and his friend to get off their property. Abdolute trash compny and employees. My insurance company even stated they were rude to them as well. Makes one wonder why they don't want people to retrieve their personal property. Does someone there take items out of vehicles, only they know. Would higly suggest you never use this companies services.Service: Car towing

DO NOT USE SAM BERRI TOWING, unless you are willing to pay for more than what was performed.I had the option of taking another tow truck for my vehicle, but since Al (the driver on call) was the first to arrive at the scene and was really courteous, I picked him over the CHP towing company.AL took my vehicle back to my home, upon completing the service at 4:21 pm he confirmed with Jason the time of the call, 3:15 pm. Al got off the phone and quoted that he would only charge us for 1 hour of service. So we went to grab the payment, when Jason called him back and said No, you need to charge them for 2 hours.I was willing to actually pay for 1.5hrs because I knew Al had to drive back. The extra half hour that Jason was demanding was uncalled for. Specifically since Al was not the CHP company in line and would have lost the service call.I didn't think it was fair for Al, so I pick him, not the other guy.In conclusion, Jason has cost Sam Berri towing an additional $550.00 (a 2nd trip for us to fix the vehicle), so that he could make an extra $150 today.What a shame! As a small business owner, I know the value of repeat customers. Clearly not Jason's concern. He doesn't own the company, he just collects a paycheck.

They got to me within 20 minutes of calling. More than reasonable prices. I had a 20 foot uHaul Box truck coupled with an auto transport with a truck on top, on the side of the highway stuck in mud at 5PM on a weekend. I was quoted for "a couple hundred dollars" from the police, $250 from AJ's and $450 from another local towing company, just to pull me out. They charged me $150. Shout-out to Bristow and the nice lady I talked to on the phone who let me call after-hours. You guys are the best!

I needed these guys for a unconventional purpose. I needed a 50,000 lb. piece of equipment tripped on it's side. Paul showed up with a heavy hauler and helped get it done seamlessly!

Very rude and unprofessional. They lady that answered seemed very annoyed that I was asking for a tow. She kept putting me on a ton of holds and having multiple conversations with people in the background while I was speaking. She told me the tow would be about an hour to 90 minute wait. It was over 4 hours and no communication to let me know or keep me updated. Won’t be using againService: Car towing

Jane C. of San Francisco, CA Was drunk every time she came in. Most of her facts are incorrect. Although I worked for this company a short time before moving on, I can recommend it. The police had to be called on this drunken person multiple times. They were quite familiar with her behavior. On one visit the person that drove her backed into another visitor's car! This review is quite comical, please read the others, the majority are positive!

So so so helpful!! Can not recommend then enough, I believe I had John who helped me. He arrived in under 30 minutes was & was very nice. They allowed me to explain my situation and said I could call back when I was off work and they would help me out around the time slot that I had! This was the 6th towing place I called to try and get my vehicle towed after other places couldn't help me out because of my situation or they wanted to charge an arm and a leg. This companies price was fair an way better than any others in town! Would recommend.
