Bought my 2018 ram 1 ton from them and they sold me a truck with bad battries that cost me 836.00 to repair and they would not stand buy the repairs that was needed 2 weeks after I bought the truck. They do not stand by there products

Why was I charged for a new battery that was covered under warranty? Spoke to the Stockton dealership per instruction from service tech in Lodi because I bought the aux battery from Stockton and the warranty was not valid in Lodi??? When I spoke to Stockton Jeep they tell me that Lodi should have exchanged the battery out not charge you for a new one. We even told the service tech Santiago in Lodi that the battery was just purchased and he gives my wife a receipt to show Stockton that it was bad. Basically giving us the run around to make a sale. Then tell me after the fact that we would be covered for a rental and provides no credit for Jeep being out longer because they order the wrong part. Very crooked service.

This is the 2nd truck I have bought at Lodi CDJR. Their Sales Manager, Marty, made the experience a pleasure. There were none of the stereotypical pressure tactics, just a laid back truck deal. Marty kistened to what I wanted, provided exactly what I was looking for and went the extra mile to insure that I was happy with the purchase. I know from experience that the follow-up to the sale will be top notch!! I recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle!!

Lee had the worst customer service. First, they rush you through the process and offer no details on the additional services being added. We purchased additional insurance and when we tried canceling, which we could do, the sales manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. We do not recommend this dealership at all!!

Had my car taken in for an oil change and then next thing I know 4 days later my car starts losing power. I let my car cool down and it had no oil!! So I was broke down and I had a couple of my friends get 5 qts of oil and after that I was able to drive home somewhat safely. I waited three days to see if any oil was leaking and no oil leak! I call the service manager and told him I had no oil after four days and asked for refund and he said it wasn’t any of his responsibility whatsoever. So I asked him how is it not your responsibility? You were supposed to do an oil change and put 5 qts of oil in my car. So you obviously did not put 5qts of oil in my vehicle. He kept denying to pay my refund and said I was in the wrong. Unbelievable how they ripped me off like that. My motor prolly has lesser time on it now because of them not filling my car with 5 qts of oil and I also checked my oil filter and it is not new!! They used the same oil filter that was already on the vehicle. Do not I repeat do not go to Lodi dodge Chrysler dealership. Go to the tracy one if you want the full customer service and honesty.

I had a great experience with this Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer. Browning was the sales guy, and he went above and beyond to make the sale go smoothly, with no pressure, no hidden fees or unnecessary add ons (even offered to replace the windshield, and to call previous owners for the second key). We bought a used Palisade and cannot be happier with the experience. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience with the sales team, and financing team!

Still no response to me on my parts, it seems like they are waiting for my warranty to run out.. currently have a case filled with the bureau of automotive repair because they can't find parts.. overall the sales team abandoned me and stopped responding.

Beware: Unprofessional Service and Lack of Expertise!I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this car dealership. Despite shelling out a hefty $800, my vehicle's original problems were not addressed at all, making the cost absolutely unjustifiable. Incompetence is one thing, but causing additional damage is another entirely - the handle to my door was broken during their "repairs", adding insult to injury. Moreover, the customer service was atrocious. The assistant service manager, in particular, demonstrated a level of rudeness and apathy that was truly disheartening. I expected professionalism and a modicum of respect from such a role, but was met instead with disregard and a poor attitude. Adding to my disappointment, I later took my vehicle to the Folsom dealership. There, they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within just 15 minutes by identifying a faulty fuse. It was a simple and straightforward fix, one that a competent mechanic should have been able to identify quickly.I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this dealership. There's a lack of proficiency, transparency, and customer-centric ethos that's crucial to this line of work. This experience has taught me that it's worth taking extra time to find a business that values their customers and their customer's belongings.

AVOID THIS PLACE. They will try to say you need to buy some windshield protection film and some low jack thing because it's already installed on the car but that is a LIE. They are just trying to take advantage of you and RIP YOU OFF. Also, The salesman BROWNING told me they would send me my spare key in the mail but they have not after 6 months I have been calling consistantly and asking them to send it to me and they havent, I keep getting the runaround and excuses. It's in the contract that they will provide that and they are breaking their word. What kind of customer service is that? They are not a trustworthy or respectable place and I would never recommend this place to a friend or come back. If you would like me to edit my review, please provide my key asap because im tired of asking.

Took my wife's car in for repairs, at our scheduled appointment. The service advisor we brought it to, said it would take the entire day to complete the required repairs. Around 5:00PM, my wife asks if the dealership called about picking up her car. I told her no one called, so I called the dealership. I called the dealership and the woman from the dealership said everyone in the service department had already left, and that my wife's car would probably not be completed until Monday because the dealership only does oil changes on the weekends. When was the dealership going to communicate with us so that we can make arrangements for being without a car for the weekend? Typically, a reputable shop would offer their clients a rental or a loaner in this case. We didn't even get a phone call letting us know they were keeping the car over the weekend.

Worst service if I could give 0 stars I would they’ve had my car for a couple months and they haven’t fixed it. I gave them 2800$ to fix problems that didn’t fix what I brought it in for. They had it for another month and never fixed it and then tried charging me another 450$ just yo diagnose a problem that wasn’t wrong when I brought it since one of their technicians had been driving it and the service manager Noel Ruiz was laughing in my face saying you can sign this for us to keep working on it or we can pull it out and leave it. Never bring your car to this dealership they will steal your money and not fix your car.
