Had my 2014 Ford Flex towed in. Would not start. After a few hours, they called me back and said I needed the fuel pump replaced and it would cost $1400. I wanted a second opinion, so I called another mechanic recommended to me by my coworkers. It turned out, the fuel pump relay module was bad. Repairs would cost $120.
I decided to give them another chance. This time, I needed an oil change. I was charged $140, which is twice what the dealership charges.
Bottom line is that they charge too much and don’t do enough research on semi modern Ford vehicles. Hopefully, your experience is better.

I took my brothers Ford truck in on the recommendation of a friend and was I ever pleased. They got it right in the next day and had it fixed within a couple days. They were extremely fair prices and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using them again!

We're new to the area and away from the shop that I trusted for years. I have been to This place twice now thinking I was in need of brakes. Both times they told me my brakes were good just scored and making noises. I can always appreciate an honest business and this place is it. The lady who runs the show is always kind and I can't say more than going to a place, especially an auto shop that doesn't try and rip you off. they don't fix the issue. they'll clear the codes on the car and the engine lights pops back up in 50 miles. they overcharge too.
