I would like to say a huge, THANK YOU!! You are awesome for coming to our rescue and not charging us a dime. My elderly parents were driving me to a dr appt when we blew a tire and couldn't get the tire off the truck. I called you since you were close, and you were there within 15 minutes and had us on our again still making my appt in time. After all the superhero stuff, they didn't charge them a thing. Omg! We won't shop anywhere else now!! Thank you doesn't begin to say it in this day and age, especially, but Thank you so much. We appreciated it more than you know. You deserve 10 stars in my world!! You made our day!!

I am giving a rating 10/10 for my experience earlier this month! Jake at the Lodi store was outstanding, kind and professional and extremely accommodating! He took care of me when I was on my way out of town for a camping trip and realized one of my trailer tires was flat. He had me back on the road and on my way. Jake is a huge asset to the company and you will have any of my future business because of this experience.

One star only because I have to!!Horrible place, I have never felt so disrespected at any place, this is my car and I expect to be respected, a short guy with black hair, I wish I had his name, walked away while I was telling him about my brakes, I have always been asked for the wheel lock at other places, this guy just went into my glove compartment without asking and made a mess in there, he drove my car too fast, I scheduled my appointment for brakes, they did not have them in stock, but they were more expensive than other places, he got irritated because I could not come back on Tuesday, I told him I work which is why I scheduled for a Saturday, when I left I noticed my steering wheel cover was torn off and thrown on floor of my car which is another disrespect, he should have asked me snd I would have removed it, I called to talk to the manager, he really didn’t care, I will never go to Les Schwab anywhere ever again, they are money hungry and I watched them ring up other customers, they way over charged the 3 people that were there before me, horrible horrible place!!!

I purchased new tires from Les Schwab last year. Today, they told me that all tires need to be replaced due to wear from poor alignment. I explained that I purchased these tires at Les Schwab (this location), and I asked if they did an alignment at that time. They did not; however, they said that alignment is highly recommended when new tires are installed. They explained that it is always recommended, and that the customer would have to decline alignment for it not to be done. After checking the paperwork, tire alignment was not recommended or quoted.After presenting the paperwork, the story changed. Now, I am told that the customer must specifically request alignment when new tires are installed. That is ridiculous! Any reputable tire shop will tell you that alignment should be done when new tires are installed.Les Schwab is taking no responsibility and offering no discount. Because the tires weren’t aligned, I have to replace them at half the advertised milage.Choose a tire shop that takes pride in their work and stands behind it.Kylee, your response is perfect. Thank you.I’m not surprised that the service notes mentioned no signs of wear from misalignment on the previous set of tires. Those tires were installed by a dealership, and they did an alignment.Not doing an alignment is a great way to sell more tires because they wear out more quickly. I had my vehicle in your shop 4 months ago. No mention of uneven wear or misalignment. The store manager said the misalignment probably happened after that visit. Really? No need for me to discuss further with the store manager. I’ll go to a company that also has the customers best interest in mind.

Hope you have something to do if you plan on having work done, over 3 hours past my appointment time plus I got there early and I'm pretty sure they forgot about my car at one point. Not all work was completed and nothing was said about it at checkout, good thing I checked the receipt. On the plus side I got to watch 'fist full of dollars' with Clint Eastwood, solid 7/10. Made it most of the way through a 'few dollars more' too but didn't finish it, I'll update once im done watching. Also the waiting room is kinda warm. Popcorn was good though

My husband has been doing business with this company not necessarily this location since 1991, he went there and needed tires he bought from a person in Marysville, and since he didn't buy the tires from them they said he wasn't a priority since he didn't buy them there, and they wanted $270 to put them on..... so he will take his buisness somewhere else

I expected them trying to upsell, especially tires, but the guy who did my trip inspection could have actually at least tried to inspect my car. I watched him the whole time.

Only gave 5 stars cause they didn’t offer 6. On our drive from AZ to Lodi we had a major tire issue. As soon as they diagnosed the issue they got us in for a complete set of new tires. Thank you for your attention to customer care and safety.

I called and spoke to Erika and made an appointment at 11:00am to have my tires rotated and rebalanced. I was at my appointment 20 minutes early and now it is 25 minutes past my appointment time and no one has even looked at my car. I purchased these tires at this store and thought I would receive better service. So far I am not a happy camper.
