Our go to shop. They have serviced our car for years and always do a suburb job. From a simple oil change to a valve job. Honest and charge fairly. They have even done a fix for us and did not charge because it was something very simple (hose clamp).

Hands down most unprofessional and unorganized shop I've ever been too..took vehicle in for repairs and it sat not being worked on until I got fed up and took it elsewhere.ken the owner kept telling me the customer that I must be confused he never said things that he most def did..Do not go here!

Never usually write reviews but Ken and his team did a great job at fixing the issues with my truck despite the confusing I had at first. WAs definitely a reasonable price and I will definitely be back for my oil change!

Gael and the team at Lakewood went above and beyond.My vehicle had an issue that was not within their scope and they made calls ON MY BEHALF to shops nearby in an effort to find a quote for the problem.I felt welcome, and confident that these gentlemen had my best interest in my mind from the moment I stepped in to the shop.Could not recommend these guys more

Lakewood auto is my go to place! I've been going here for about 5 years now. Anytime I make an appointment they get me in timely and the apt time that I want. When I arrive they take my car in right away and I'm out pretty fast. I recently got a new car and was having issues with the headlights pointing too far up. I was having issues with people flashing their lights at me and break checking me and I couldn't see the lines on the road as good as my previous car. I knew something was wrong I took it to the Toyota dealership and they were really rude and told me I couldn't get an apt for a week and that it's factory settings so they wouldn't fix. I told them the issues I was having and didn't feel safe driving my new car. They wouldn't help me. I called Lakewood because I trust them and they have always been so helpful. They took me in right away and the mechanic fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Lakewood auto for making me feel safe driving in my new car !! Excellent customer service and the owner Ken is awesome !! Keep up the good work I will keep recommending for people to come here

Iv used Ken and his crew on multiple occasions.No matter when Iv called he has always found a way to fit me in his busy schedule to help me out!The problem always gets resolved and I don't have to worry about being scammed or over priced.

In response to Ken P. The Ford shop manual recommends removing the front seats and center console to remove the Dashboard. If your mechanic had done this or at a minimum covered the seats it wouldn't have been an issue, secondly if your mechanic would have re-installed the Dashboard and connected all of its components correctly it wouldn't have been an issue, thirdly, when you misplace parts that came off during disassembly and then don't think to replace them that is an issue, and lastly when you personally state that you checked/tested the repairs each time and after four attempts they weren't operating correctly, ANYONE would be angry!

Ken goes above and beyond to help his customers. He is honest and their pricing is fair. I wouldn't do anywhere else. Ken and his crew always make their customers a priority and provide excellent customer service.
