Plastic face doesn't know what she's doing.Also, drove 45 minutes to get some stuff done there today but it was closed. Google and the door sign said it should've been open. Total waste of time.

Horrible service!! They need to get their act together. But it's ok, I will have my friend go to DMV and speak to an DMV investigator and light a fire under their pants. My friend needs copies of a lien sale paperwork that this company did for 1 of their customers. I have been calling them for 3 weeks, I have even texted them the info and who to send it to. They keep putting him off and delaying the situation. He can't register his vehicle. Stay away folks, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No stars for you!!!!!

Always super helpful. Been my go to spot since the pandemic and have stayed when them since. Especially whenever the DMV is acting up . Not to mention the employees are a lot easier on the eyes than the DMV.. !

Amazingly convenient! In and out in 5 minutes without an appointment, and they have later hours (7pm) for those who dont want to use precious vacation hours to get business done outside of work. Don't think I'll ever go to the DMV again

I like the service but they did not do there service the correct way I went to this place and I had to register a car and do an title transfer and I paid there fee $50.. my title/pink slip came in the mail and they spelled my name wrong and so I called and they were not even paying attention to my phone call.. they were more worried about the customer that they were helping.so they told me that I have to go to the dmv to fix it now.. I thought place knew what they were doing but I guess not. They even had my ID card.

She charge hidden fee too much I went 2 times and one time I saw she charge me hidden fee she told me the amount but when I get cradit card bill it was different bill.I know she charge her fee but that amount with her fee and still charge me hidden fee
