Ordered a washer and dryer online. Delivery day came and we waited all day long only to find out through an email that they canceled the delivery due to “being unable to deliver“ due to no one at home, however we were home waiting ALL DAY LONG!!! I cancelled my order and will no longer spend my money at Home Depot.

Whew yesterday I was in Lodi at The Home Depot Garden Center and was directly in the middle of 4 guys doing a grab and run. I watched about 6-7 employees try to stop them and I couldn't leave the store because they thought they were the Lodi Police Department or Loss prevention. They were yelling at the guys and putting baskets in front of them (and me) trying to prevent them from leaving of which they got away with all the items they stole. On today, I spoke with the manager Robert about the incident and the employees putting the safety of their customers in danger. He apologized and recognized the employees didn't follow protocol. It's been 24hrs and I'm still bothered by yesterday's incident. What if the guys pulled a gun? I would've been directly in the middle due to the incompetent employees. Wow to The Home Depot Guess I should stick to Elk Grove

I went there for two standard items. They had neither. Their clerks were unconcerned and eager to send me elsewhere.

Home Depot is installing windows at my neighbors and the music they are playing from 730am on is louder than the tools! So rude and disrespectful to the neighborhood!

Just came here for the first time. Usually I go to elk Grove but with the lack of caring about pros and all the crap in the aisles I decided to drive a little farther. What a difference! The store is clean, wide isles, everything is much more organized and they actually have people willing to help! Keep it up Lodi home Depot!

Nice store. It's a newer location so it's got a better selection than other older Home Depot's and is well maintained. Mostly friendly staff and relatively short waits. Four stars though because it has the ubiquitous Home Depot clutter of items strewn through the middle of the aisles making it difficult to maneuver large carts.

I look forward to shopping at my local Home Depot! Due to covid, many business employees are rude or even down right threatening over guidelines and their own store policies. Not my local Home Depot, despite the crazy guidelines they manage to always be friendly and polite to me. The employees outside the store always regard me in a friendly manner and the whole store environment is relaxed. Additionally, they try very hard to answer questions I have and they even approached me to help me out if I look like I may need it. It's an absolute delight to shop at.

I keep consistently having very bad experiences at this location came in to get some wire was told that the cutter was on break and there was nothing anyone could do... But I only got told this after roaming around and looking for help and getting told by different people to go to different places it is a joke now the last couple times I was here I couldn't buy anything because the lines were so long and disorganized and nobody was practicing social distancing this place is a joke for close to brand new , The size the layout the isles it's just a joke this whole entire store is a joke and the customer service ? Awful Awful Awful And it's sad because the store is a necessary evil for several products yes I'm going to Lowe's right now but s*** this place should've had everything I needed first , I shouldn't have to go to Lowe's because Home Depot can't help me, but that's always what seems to be the case..People , just don't shop here and let this one fail.

For those of us trying to minimize contact during the pandemic, curbside delivery could literally be a lifesaver. Over the past week I've used both Home Depot's and Lowes twice. Home Depot is by far the best and Lowes is in 10th place out of 2. This was my experience.Lowes. Arrived at the parking lot to 4 poorly marked spaces with hard-to-read phone number signing. The phone number is the whole store number after which you have to press the # key and an extension. The recording says "transferring" and then nothing happens, no ringing, no connection, just silence. After a minute I try again. And again. Again I try the main number but this time want to speak to someone, but after a menu that takes me through two levels of departments was finally to be connected to an operator, but it rang and rang and rang. So, I gave up and went inside. Pick-ups are mixed-in with the return line, which was long and crowded. The staff was only 50% masked and half of them had it below their nose. Even though I had a barcoded pick-up printout, their process doesn't scan it, and requires the clerk to enter the order number and pull it. I was then required to touch and sign a pick-up form with their pen. After I left the store with the boxed item, I opened it in my trunk and found it was incorrect, so I had to return inside the store to report and return it. I was told I couldn't do that and "please come back tomorrow" because "our systems only update overnight".Home Depot. My fulfilled order was placed in Home Depot's locker system. With this system you just walk into the store, punch in a 6-digit code, and presto, a locker door pops open and you take your merchandise and are done. When I arrived at the parking lot there were 10 very well marked spaces with clear signage and a single number. Further, a store employee was stationed in that parking area at a reception tent. As soon as I pulled in, she walked over to the passenger-side (they even thought about that for safety!) and I asked if I could park there and pick up the merchandise from the locker. She said that she would be happy to do that for me. I gave her the code and she was back in 30 seconds with my order which she placed in my trunk. I was done!

My second time here, but first official project! I refurbished an old trunk my mom had given me. I kind of knew what I wanted, but had quite a few questions! The guy at the paint counter was totally on top of it, super busy, but very attentive to everyone needing anything! Wish I would have gotten his name, but he had darker hair and beard! All the questions I asked he was super helpful with, and was quick to get my paint to me! Needless to say, with his help, the trunk turned out absolutely perfect! Thank you mystery man, and all the other staff !! Sorry to hear other people previously having bad experiences but it seemed even though it was busy, everyone was super nice p.s. just in case any one wonders I used farmhouse white chalk paint.

Terrible Management experience. They say my store credit does not match my identity. They can't answer a simple question, who was issued the credit if it wasn't me? This got ugly because after 2 very inexperienced "managers" told me could not be issued my credit another "manager" showed up. So she can't answer a simple question. I blow up cause I'm getting nowhere. I'm treated like they are doing me a favor when it was their error. Simple way to handle this would be for the manager to apologize for their error and let the customer know they will take care of the matter. So I'm the bad guy cause I lose my cool and drop a few f bombs. They have little kids as managers, can't even use common sense.

Please close my account! Your staff is only there to collect a paycheck.I live in galt ca. It's a long drive to your store. I've purchased multiple appliances and some where around $600 monthly fixing things on the ranch. I called yesterday about vinyl fencing and was told it was in stock. Well like several of my recent visits I arrived and asked multiple clerks at your location and told isle 22 then 23 then told its in garden. Finally Someone looked it up and said it's only available through delivery online. Well I tried that first and was told it's only available for pickup at store which is why I called yesterday. So I can't purchase online or in store. This has been the result of multiple of my visits. I asked to speak with a manager today and that was a mistake. It took 20 min to find one. I'm closing my account and will never shop with you again. Your manager couldn't even come up with a solution like I'll ship it to your house. I'm very positive others feel lost when shopping there. Clerks see you have a question and poof they duck down a isle and disappear. Wish I could give zero stars? I can't even believe this experience was this bad.

It is a Saturday and there is 1 register open on the lumber sideI go back on Sunday to the garden side. They are only accepting card over there. I asked if that means I'll have to walk to the other side of the store to use the other registers with garden purchases. I was told yes. This is 2 days in a row their service has been s***
