Alex in flooring and blinds was so nice! He was super patient with my grandmother and helped her every step of the way in picking out blinds. He deserves a raise and recognition for his excellent customer service and we will be back because of him! Thank you. :)

Purchased a washer in November and here we are in February and I have yet to receive it. I called them two weeks ago and to try to get an update and was told by the woman on the phone that “the truck was arriving today.” When I still hadn’t heard from them again several days later I called again and was told there was actually no truck scheduled but that I could drive to Citrus Heights and get it from their store if I wanted to. Poor customer service. If I wanted to drive all the way to Citrus Heights I would have gone there in the first place to avoid the headache of dealing with the incompetent people I have had to encounter with this experience. Employees who don’t know what they are doing so give robot answers. Now I get to start the fun process of getting my money refunded.

Typical big box store. Getting help from someone knowledgeable is probably a 60/40 gamble

Everything tool related is locked up, which would be okay if you could actually find an employee to help you.

It's cool they will rent heavy equipment to any swinging Richard with a drivers license, but at the expense of no parking near the store

My pic for Supercenters they seem to be the most friendliest and reasonable on their prices

Cleaner than the stockton stores and kind staff that can help you with project ideas and help you find what you need

This year, my husband and I did a campervan buildout so we made dozens and dozens of trips to pretty much all the hardware and home improvement stores in Lodi. We bought tens of thousands of dollars in wood, tools, hardware, paint, fasteners, wire, pipe and tons of miscellaneous items for this project and more than half of it was purchased here. The main reason for giving three stars in this review is because they offer Ryobi tools which we found to be affordable and of good quality so it is worth coming here to purchase the tools. Overall, they didn't always have what we needed. I found their plumbing section to be particularly limited and I felt like overall the customer service was least helpful. I never had a problem with anyone being rude or anything but there were multiple occasions when I had to ask multiple times for help or wait much longer for someone to assist me than I thought was appropriate. The worst was always in the lumber section, trying to get large pieces of wood cut or getting new bundles of wood opened because everything is damaged and picked through. I found the The prices on most items are comparable with other stores but the parking here is by far the worst. The lot is small and poorly lit so I hated trying to come here at night (especially by myself...it doesn't feel very safe). Also, the spots seem small when over 70 percent of the vehicles are commercial vehicles, trucks and vans and it can be difficult to navigate and find a spot. Lastly, they put all their rental equipment in the parking spots nearest the store taking up lots of space. ***If you want my quick rating for hardware stores is Lodi: Ace Hardware is the best, then Lowes, then Home Depot.***
