“I normally don't shop at Ace Hardware because, to be honest, they are expensive compared to Lowe's. However, I needed parts for my shower ASAP as I was in the middle of fixing it and couldn't go all the way to Lowe's.
Not only was the gentleman that helped me knowledgeable about plumbing, he even told me that what I was thinking about doing to my shower would not work, and that I needed to do it another way (which was the correct way by replacing the washers). I was highly impressed and THANKFUL that I went here for my plumbing needs. Just wish I could remember the gentleman's name to Thank Him!!!”

“A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but did so in a quick and timely manner all while making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!”

“This place is THE place in San Joaquin county to buy fireplaces and accessories. Why? Well first and foremost it's the ownership, Theresa and her sister have been a part of this company their whole lives and they know it inside and out. Secondly, they have the newest technology the fireplace industry has to offer right there in their showroom, all of them fully operational!!! I brought my very picky client in to their store to pick out an electric fireplace a few weeks ago, my client was an hour late as usual, however instead of waiting out in my truck I was able to attend an extremely comprehensive CLINIC about the newest electric fireplaces they offer!!! We bought a unit from them that day and due to a freak accident during the install later that week we needed to order a replacement part. Theresa was ON IT, she found and ordered the $300 part we needed and it was delivered in a matter of days, truly incredible since it was about a week before Xmas and the part came from Dallas TX. That kind of customer service was not lost on me and I will do anything in my power to help these girls continue to be a successful local business. Thank you so much you guys, your grandpa should be very proud of how you handle your business.”

“Was looking for specific items on my Christmas list. There were two people who despite being on their way to do something else, stopped and helped me find what I was looking for. One helped place items onto the pile of things I was already carrying in a way so they wouldn't fall. The other looked on her handheld to see if they carried large gift sacks in store. Since they didn't, and I wasn't interested in buying online, she offered some places I could try shopping for them. Nice when people aren't just trying to push sales in their store only. She was just trying to help me find what I needed. This is why I like shopping here. They try and help their customers find what they are looking for- even when it's not at their store. True customer service!”
