I've been a Diamond member for many years, and this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Be aware that they don't have a fridge and microwave in the rooms with one bed. When I checked in, they didn't offer water or snacks (Diamond members usually get water at least). The rooms are from the 80s; I found a dirty sock in my room, i can keep saying things but I don't have the all day. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Book it for one rate and was told I couldn’t get it and once you’ve booked the room you can’t cancel if you don’t like the rate.The king bed room doesn’t come with refrigerator.Ice machine broken on my floor.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had staying at any hotel.The first room we received was absolutely filthy. The carpets were gross there were stains all throughout the bathroom and shower and bed sheets were damp. The whole room smelled thick and musky. Thankfully after a few calls to the front desk we were moved into a second room which was a little cleaner. However, the walls are paper thin and so are the floors. Every time someone takes a step or moves around from above it feels like an earthquake. This hotel is SO LOUD. Most importantly, after our first night i complained to the front desk of music that had been blaring all night till 10am. I thought it was an RV that was parked outside and notified the front desk who said they would look into it. The second night the music was still blaring and when i talked to the on duty manager she said that THE LOUD MUSIC IS ACTUALLY COMING FROM THE CAR DEALERSHIP FROM ACROSS THE STREET and that THEY GET COMPLAINTS ALL THE TIME BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.There are definitely noise ordnances in Lodi so i was confused about that response. Also if this is a recurring issue it should have been listed in the reviews/notes so customers are aware when booking.The manager on duty apologized and said she would gladly give a discount for the troubles but as i had pre-paid i needed to speak to the General Manager NOOR TAHIRKHELI as the on duty manager didnt know how to do it. I left 3 messages for Noor and emailed several times and never received a response back. The front desk did confirm that Noor was working when i called. In one instance when i called Noor was dealing with another customer but i was told i would get a call back momentarily. That call never happened nor did Noor reply to any of my emails. I will never stay at a Hilton property again after this horrible experience.STAY ANYWHERE BUT THIS HOTEL.Noteworthy details: HOTEL IS EXTREMELY LOUD. NO PRIVACY. DO NOT STAY HERE

Rooms are great. No vent fan in bathroom which is weird. They let us check out late when I locked my keys in my car!

Located close to Highway 99, so it's convenient to get to places to and from here. Next to gas station, and fast food restaurants.The workers are helpful & kind. The rooms are a little bit outdated, so don't expect a nicely decorated room. The AC/heater is a little older, so don't expect the thermostat to be effective or accurate.I like how the hotel offers complimentary breakfast & coffee ☕️, so I like that very much. The breakfast offerings are good, but not gourmet. I appreciate the food and the workers that prepare the food. The coffee does it's job too. I like how they offer dark roast, light roast, or decaf throughout the day.I'd stay there again. Thank you Hampton team!

The rooms are decent but extremely small. The bed was a bit stiff. Service was good. Stores within walking distance.Rooms: Very small for over $300.00 a night.Walkability: Stores within walking distance.Food & drinks: Free continental breakfast.

In town for a wedding and requested early check in. Arrived at 1:45 and was told room would be ready in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later our room was still not ready but others were being checked in ahead of us. Again was told room would be ready in 10 minutes. Mind you, check in is at 3:00, our event started at 4:00. Waited another 25 minutes more before we got our room at 3:25. Had to get partially ready in the lobby restroom, and sprint to the wedding.Reception was not accommodating or caring just told us they had a busy day with lots of early chechecking. Do not expect early or on time check in here. Will not stay here again.

Coffee maker kept close to toilet in dirty condition- staff DID NOT greet when we came in - asked name and didn’t look up. No social skills- I wished they had robots to check in as that would have felt more welcoming. Poor sleep due to awful bed.Food was good but no staff seen for cleanup and area was not kept clean….not up to what would expect from Hilton Brand.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hampton Inn and Suites: Unpleasant Odor, Broken Toilet, and Lack of AccountabilityI recently had the misfortune of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites during a business trip, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. From the moment I entered the room, a pungent smell of smoke overwhelmed my senses. Despite my efforts to ignore it, the odor was unbearable and made my stay extremely unpleasant.To compound my frustrations, later in the night, the toilet suddenly malfunctioned. Seeking assistance, I contacted the hotel staff, who shockingly offered me a mere 20% discount and suggested that I use the lobby restroom instead. This inadequate response was both unprofessional and unacceptable, leaving me feeling unheard and neglected.Adding insult to injury, a staff member had the audacity to threaten me by stating they would inform my employer about my behavior, referring to my discounted rate as a reason to limit my complaints. This type of unprofessional behavior is completely uncalled for and reflects a lack of respect towards guests.As my disappointment grew, the hotel's proposed solution was for me to obtain a refund and find alternative accommodations on my own. Keep in mind that all of this unfolded around 10 PM, in an unfamiliar town. Thankfully, I managed to secure a room at the nearby Holiday Inn Express, which not only exceeded my expectations but also had a more attentive and caring staff.In an effort to seek resolution, I lodged a formal complaint with Hilton Corp, specifically highlighting the conduct of Adam, the supervisor on duty. While Hilton Corp made an effort to address my concerns, it has been over a week, and the manager at Hampton Inn and Suites has made no attempt to reach out or offer an apology for the treatment I endured. This lack of accountability demonstrates a systemic issue within the management team and casts a shadow over the entire guest experience.Based on my ordeal, I strongly advise against choosing Hampton Inn and Suites for your accommodation needs. The overpowering smoke odor, broken facilities, unprofessional behavior, and absence of managerial responsibility all contribute to an utterly disappointing and regrettable stay.Rating: ⭐ (1 out of 5 stars)

I'm Hilton Diamond member and have my employees/myself stay here on a monthly basis for years. Came from the Holiday Inn Express and never went back. Best hotel in the area. Checking in is always fast breakfast is hot and fresh. Staff are all great, Adam at the front is always welcoming. This spot is overall your go to hotel.

Rooms are dated, lacking some amenities and disappointingly beige. King rooms have no refrigerator (?!?). AC in our room didn't work (blowing air but not cold); maintenance didn't come, and no one followed up with us. Went to take a morning swim and was lectured by desk staff (at the desk, and then actually walked out to gripe at me) that I was entering the pool area (with my room key) 10 minutes before it opened at 10am. Gee sorry, I was hot and needed to cool off after all night in a hot room with no refrigerator for cold beverages. I won't be back here. - from a Hilton honors silver member.

Booked a stay for business this week. Front Desk clerk was completely incompetent. I was given key cards that didn't work. My wife had to rush back downstairs to the public restroom and attempt to correct the key card issues. Front desk clerk was unapologetic and less than courteous. Meanwhile, I'm standing in the hall with luggage outside the room when she returns with two more keys that didn't work for the second time. I left my wife in the hall and returned to the Front Desk to find it was abandoned. No desk clerk, no customers, no employees in sight. I saw what I thought was an employee walking away down the hall and I called out. It wasn't an employee. Soon enough, the same incompetent desk clerk appeared from some back room and seems bothered by my discontent. I explained the issue and suggested his incompetency was affecting my experience with Hampton Inn. He told me to "settle down". When I didn't 'settle down' and continued to explain my dissatisfaction with his service, he stated that he was "frightened" by my demeanor and called the Lodi Police Department to have my wife and I removed from the property. We were refunded and told by LPD to leave the property due to desk clerk's complaint.I intend to file legal actions against the desk clerk and Hampton Inns in the weeks to come.Sincerely,Chris F.Noteworthy details: Desk Clerk incompetency and WOKE Ideology

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! THIS HOTEL!!! MY FAVORITE HAMPTON!! I come here all the time with my boyfriend for his work trips and they are always great. Front desk staff is very nice, professional and always go the extra mile. We love seeing Adam every time we go. Rooms are always clean the linen is always fresh and crisp. The breakfast is classic Hamptons breakfast. A lot of selection and very delicious. We travel to Hamptons all up and down California this is by far the best one to us. We will always come back.

Beds were so soft sank in the middle and feet were higher than head. 2 small dogs were 100.00, room was 208.00. For one night. Starbucks right across parking lot. Not dod friendly, no area for dogs. I stay at alot of different places and the prices are not this high. There is another place across the way and alot more pet friendly.Rooms: Big roomsFood & drinks: McDonald's nearby Taco Bell nearby gas station convenience store nearby Starbucks right across parking lot
