“I was visiting family in town and went with my buddy to workout. Extremely welcoming gym, Trevor is very professional and welcoming. The programming was awesome and the coaching was top notch. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or are looking for a great gym with a great community in it, I would highly recommend coming in and trying it out. I go to a lot of gyms when traveling and drop in, haven’t been in a gym that made a visitor feel as welcomed as I was. If I lived in the area there is no question I would become a member. “I heard about this gym from a friend and tried it for their September 4 Week Challenge. I unfortunately got sick the first week and was down for about two and a half weeks, but the week I did get to spend here was great. The coaches lead one hour group sessions of circuit training Monday through Friday, with alternating days for upper body and lower body and total body workouts. They were super helpful with modifications, which I really appreciated since I haven't exercised in years! I would recommend giving them a try if you're looking for something fresh and challenging (:”

“I love this club, but they really need to step it up as far as their YOGA program goes. There are only 2 classes to chose from. The instructor is very nice, but her practice should be called Senior Yoga because it is mostly done lying on your back. We hardly get up and and do challenging poses. For us more advanced yogi's we need a good workout up & off the mat. I sure wish they would hire a couple more instructors that could teach a good Flow class for us working people after 5pm. Other than that the club is wonderful. Unfortunately I may have to join another club to get my YOGA in. It's really a sad situation :(”

“I have been to quite a few gyms over the years. I honestly approached this gym with caution. Will there be a bunch of meatheads? Will there be enough equipment? Are the people working out going to be inconsiderate and stuck up? Well I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of equipment for all bodyparts. The people are considerate and friendly. The staff are great and most importantly my trainer Eric is awesome. I absolutely love this place. Even the monthly dues are cheaper than most gyms. All in all I have found a new home where I can workout without feeling like a loser. Can’t wait to get my son a membership. Fitness Systems is AWESOME!!!”

I also like K-Slice’s classes. These are 3 amazing and professional instructors. I am disappointed that the Wednesday morning Zumba class was canceled.”
