Let’s talk bathrooms. If you’re out shopping and you’ve got to go, you should be able to without any hassle. Apparently, this store likes to make it really difficult for someone to do something as basic as use a bathroom. There was a keypad on the door. I asked an employee for the code and they just said,”It’s closed at the moment.” I’m sorry, but if you have 2 bathrooms, they shouldn’t both be closed. If they are single occupant bathrooms, the one available should instantly be used as an all gender bathroom. Mr. Septum Piercing was obviously gate keeping the bathroom. My spouse, who happens to be white went and asked to use the bathroom. He was not advised the way I was, but was asked to wait as someone needed to come punch in the code for him. After about 15/20 minutes, he had to go ask again because nobody ever came. A woman with an annoyed face followed him back and opened the bathroom door. It was never out of service… Was it laziness? Was it racism? IDK, but either way, it was downright unprofessional. While I was in there, I saw an employee come in, use the urinal and leave without washing is hands. All I saw through the bottom of the stall were all black Nike sneakers. As we finished our shop, I saw this employee again as he stocked the shelves with food… Bruh, I’m sure people don’t want your sack and sausage all over stuff they’re about to eat. This place gets one star because I can’t give less. It was unprofessional and unsanitary. ??

I frequent grocery outlet a lot. I love this store, but I’m not familiar with lodi. I usually shop Valley Springs. Today I went in to buy lacroixs and realized about an hour later that I had bought the wrong flavor. I came back to return or at least exchange. I just wanted the right flavor. Instead of explaining things to me, the lady who was supposed to be helping me was extremely rude. Said no receipt no return and walked away. I asked if they could possibly look up my transaction since all it had on there was the sparkling water and I was just there shy of an hour. She rudely just walked away in the middle of my sentence. I will never return to the Lodi Grocery outlet. Which is a shame because I do a lot of my shopping in lodi.

Check your receipt before you leave. I bought 2 (12 pk) Liquid Death sparkling waters and they changed me for 4. Didn’t realize til I got home. This isn’t the first time they over charged me. It only happens with the Lodi store. Never have this problem at the Elk Grove store
