Great hotel for Lodi, CA! Clean rooms consistently (come here to visit often), front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendant were all very welcoming and friendly. Large dining area to get work done, quiet neighborhood (at the moment), relaxing pool area and very close to Sprouts which I find convenient. Especially when the hotel has a little fridge to store my ice coffee! Starbucks and a few food establishments are within walking distance safely.
Not a Lodi Marriot requirement but I would love to see a one or two vegan breakfast options for us veggie heads! Otherwise, thanks for adding oat milk for the oatmeal ☺️

If you like having a washcloth, be sure to check before you climb in the shower. We had to request then at the front desk.
Walkability: Lots of restaurants within walking distance along with Costco, Walgreens and convenience stores.
Food & drinks: Good buffet breakfast.

They have a venue that they rent out for parties and celebrations. After it closed the party just continued in the hotel rooms all night. Don't count on getting any sleep if you stay here.

Very comfortable, clean hotel
Beds comfortable tv great and large bathroom. Rooms had the extras like microwave refrigerator coffee maker hairdryer ironing board iron. The only negative comment was no outlet in bathroom by sink and mirror . Otherwise it was great. Breakfast was plentiful with lots if choices.

Pretty new hotel with decent rooms and accommodations. I have seen other reviews and did not have the same issues. I did find the staff to be friendly and the breakfast offerings to be adequate. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but no more than other Marriott hotels I've stayed at. There is a pool and the hotel is close to nearby stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were new and modern with plenty of space. Overall a good value and I would stay here again.
Rooms: Clean and modern with comfortable beds.
Food & drinks: Breakfast and coffee were adequate.

I want to start off by saying Miguel & general manager Fazil were great. However, last night I had an unfortunate run in with the front desk representative named April.
I first called to make sure there were rooms available & I was immediately put on hold for several minutes. After waiting I decided to hang up & book through the Marriott app since I’m a member & thought I’d be quicker.
I was already at the location parking lot when I booked through the app & decided to go inside to get details sorted out. I was quickly taken aback by April’s unprofessional tone of voice & rude attitude. She was making faces, rolling her eyes & after she was done vacuuming, she finally asked for my name & confirmation details. She told me I was unable to get a room since I wasn’t able to check in until later that day. I asked if there was anything she could do since I was already there & needed a place to sleep that night. She said no since there were no rooms available & she had already done her audit for the night. I left deeply upset, frustrated & exhausted from April’s dismissive & unhelpful answer.
I hope proper actions are taken against April. This is not someone you want to have interacting with customers as they first come into a Marriott establishment.
To April- if you hate your job please work on your attitude & find another.

Called this hotel to make a reservation, as had had a horrible experience booking this hotel earlier. The person on the line assured it was this hotel, charged me the entire amount, and would not let me change the reservation. The front desk was worse than useless, insisting I had made my reservation through priceline, which I have never used in my life. Will never, ever use this hotel or any other Fairfield Inn
Nearby activities: Mother lives basically next door, but will just have to travel in the future.

Service was ok but during check in I decided I don’t need daily service. In addition I added “do not disturb” on my door and I still was receiving daily notes that someone wanted to clean my room (why?!??). There was missing shower gel in my bathroom. At the end I see that someone 5 months ago was complaining about ants and my colleague needed to change a room because of ants infestation… so no improvement. It is kind of disappointing because it is newer hotel and looks good.

I stay in over 100 hotels a year and am a Titanium MARRIOTT Member.- front desk is extremely rude. Showed up 30 minutes before there check in time and literally turned me away from the hotel without checking to see if there was an available room. Lady’s at the front desk seemed to be having a very bad day.- 30 minutes later I returned to check in and the lady helping me didn’t say a single word to me. Normally they would thank me for my loyalty, explain amenities, breakfast times or where the elevator was. She didn’t say a word. I asked her if I could have the water I normally get for free every time I check in. She handed me the water and I went in my way. Not a huge deal but when I checked out I saw a $3 beverage charge in my receipt. In 11 years traveling for business I’ve never been treated like that from a hotel staff.

Spent 3 days of our 2023 Family Reunion here and the banquet room and conference room plus the outside open space area was plenty of room and was perfect for it.
