My Jeep was being worked on at the dealership and Izzy and staff assisted me. He went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. They were so nice and was able to shuttle me from their office to the dealership so I could pick up my vehicle. Thank you!

I was shocked how fast I was in and out with my rental car I reserved a Volkswagen and left with a Durango. was extremely satisfied with the customer service will definitely go back!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that deserves a one-star review. My family and I made a journey of over one hour and twenty minutes to pick up our reserved vehicle, only to be told they didn't have it available.To make matters worse, the employee, Izzy, attempted to hand us a dirty four-seater truck with stained seats and cereal under them, when we had reserved a five-seater. When I questioned this, he proceeded to blame his morning customers for why he couldn't inform us about the unavailability of our rental.What's frustrating is that Izzy seemed to have excuses for everything except taking responsibility. He consistently shifted blame and made me feel like I was at fault for the situation. To add insult to injury, he was clearly rushing us out the door, as it was approaching noon and they wanted to close up shop.In the end, we left without a rental and feeling utterly dissatisfied. I plan to contact Enterprise's corporate office to discuss this appalling experience and the way Izzy handled it, seemingly unwilling to acknowledge any fault on his part. This incident has also made me question the reliability of their website for reservations.

I saw the reviews on here and was a little skeptical.. but I decided to rent with them anyways and I was glad I did! I originally reserved a full sized pick up truck because we were just about finished moving but there was a couple of things we still needed to transport. I did my reservation online and was able to go to pick it up same day. I get to the store and they were very welcoming and helpful. They did, however, tell me that the full sized pick up truck was already rented but they did have a full sized suv that I could rent instead. Given that the stuff we needed to move wasn't huge, I was fine with it. During the inspection, the sales guy noticed the car smelt very strongly of weed. He apologized profusely for it and asked if I was okay with the smell, even knowing I had tow little ones. I told him it was bearable and since we weren't keeping it long we'd be okay. He offered a 10% discount for the smell which I was not expecting. He also noticed the car had almost no gas so he waived the gas fee for me. The process to get the car was simple and very quick I was there maybe 15 minutes at most. During the rental period, the manager texted and made sure I liked the rental and to reach out with any questions or concerns. I finally returned it and they were able to shuttle me home. All in all, I had a very good experience with them and would probably rent again. Thanks you guys! Keep up the awesome service!

I will give these guy's 4 Stars because of late I have been very impressed with the way they have been doing business at that location! I know all the guys! Izzy is Great, with Great Customer Service, will get you in and Out! He's always mane sure I was happy with my rental, and if I wasn't he would go out his way to do what he could for my happiness and that is huge to meee! Izzy, and the other guys are so kooo! I need to order them a Pizza oneday for lunch! Kettleman Lane is my New Go-to Spot! ***Sorry Automall Stockton Enterprise, you all need to just quit! Terrible Service over there! Will have you waiting almost an hour before they wash and clean out the Cars! Too many lazy people at the Stockon Automall Enterprise location! Thanks!!

I'm furious, I reserved a car in the application and show up for pick up AND THEY HAVE NO CARS! What the hey? How can they issue a rental confirmation and have no cars. I'll never use this location again.

My experience I wish was great with this location. I had an accident and was in need of a rental. My insurance handled everything & I just had to do paperwork & you know the fun stuff. My husband brought me down to finalize the rental. My husband, the man assisting us, did an inspection of the vehicle. My mistake was not reading the paperwork before driving away, as the windshield had a Crack in it. My husband mentioned it after we had left & we stupidly assumed they knew. After almost a month I noticed the Crack then spread across the windshield. I was worried so I called to let the manager know I wanted it document that this Crack was there & it spread, and was reassured not to stress about it. The back tire also had a slow leak and I said I would bring the rental back so 1. I wasn't blamed for the damage 2. Because I had my infant daughter and didn't want to get stranded due to flat tire. I returned the car in the beginning of May and after 2 weeks of not having the car I received an email stating that I cause major damage to the vehicle and that I need to turn in my insurance information I called and emailed the place that was reaching out to me and I never heard anything back and now almost 5 months later they just sent me an invoice stating that I need to pay for the new windshield and are charging me almost $800. I know it was a long story but use my story as a lesson to thoroughly look at any cars that you rent from this location and make sure you read the paperwork and it shows the damages prior to driving off the lot.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Lodi, the staff was friendly and professional. Izzy helped me with the rental and the return. I would definitely rent from here again.
