I had a great experience with Elizabeth of Lodi when I got my wedding dress there in 2021 then having it hemmed in 2022 for my wedding. I was struggling to find a dress and decided to go there on a whim. I called just a couple hours before it closed and asked if I could come in they said yes and that would help me as much as they could but they were low on staff so it wouldn't be "the full experience". I got there and started to pull dresses and the staff member was super helpful clipping me into my gowns. I found my dress and returned a couole days later to purchase it. They measured me well and when my dress came in it already fit like a glove so all they had to do was hem it. The seamstress did my hem and bustle at a great rate and it was perfect the day on my wedding. I had a lovely experience and the owner was so so kind!

I don't think I'll come here again. Overpriced for barely taking in the sides of my dress. Wasn't completely satisfied with how the dress turned out. My dress was also not smooth on the sides and it left these bubble creases on the side.

I found my dream dress at Elizabeth's! The moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable. Nancy is amazing and helped me with all of the alterations and even helped me find a veil last minute. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel special.

I would NOT recommend this bridal shop. I said yes to the dress here. I wanted more puffiness on the bottom which Nancy said she could do. They ordered me a size 14 when I thought it was 12. I went in to try on the dress when it arrived and it was huge on me. You would have to alter the top to where it would take away from the dress then she told me she didn't know if she would be able to add puffiness because she doesnt work with that company anymore (not delivering their services said). I was not satisfied with the dress and service so I asked for my refund. Nancy said no because my dress was a special order. If it was a special order then why didn't I pay my dress in full like your receipt says? "SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL" is what it says but i only paid 60% of it so my order wasn't a special order since I didnt pay in full. Nancy then said she could give me store credit so I was like okay well I'll take my Mom, MIL, and grandma to get their dresses there. Nancy called me back saying "oh I'm only giving you $500 store credit" but before it was the $1300 deposit store credit I had given. I need my money back as I'm not satisfied with the dress, service, and cooperation. So unprofessional and rude. I feel robbed and they have ruined my whole wedding experience. Any of my family and friends getting married I will let them know to stay clear from Elizabeth's in Lodi.

My wife got her wedding dress here and the people that work here always treated her and her mom like they were family. We would definitely recommend Elizabeth of Lodi! I mean, after my wife said, "yes to the dress", how could you not?

I had such a great experience here! Daniela who assisted me was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and helpful. We were able to pull as many wedding dresses as we wanted and Daniela even pulled some based on what I wanted to try while me & my guests looked around. I am also a thicker gal which I know can be stressful when dress shopping, but Elizabeth of Lodi is very size inclusive so I had no doubts I would fit into the dresses we pulled. I ended up finding the one and said YES to the dress! I could not be happier! Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Elizabeth of Lodi and especially miss Daniela ?

I came in to get a bridesmaid dress altered in 2021 and I haven’t been back since. I’m actually getting married in October of this year and purposely avoided this place to go dress shopping. During my visit, I had a very nice lady greet me and ask what I was there for. When I had told her, she put me in a changing room and asked me to put on the dress to start marking for alterations. In the middle of changing, the owner opened the curtains to my dressing room and asked me what I was doing there. I explained why and she then told me to get dressed, that I shouldn’t be in the room, and get out because she had an appointment that needed the room. I was very caught off guard and so I got dressed and proceeded to leave when she told me to come back tomorrow. Reluctantly, I did but this time with my mom since she needed her dress altered too. When I returned and the owner realized that she knew my parents, she began to apologize while still making up excuses as to why she was so rude to me the day before. Honestly, the apology meant nothing to me seeing that if she didn’t already know my parents, there would have never been an apology. It’s safe to assume that’s how she treats the majority of her customers as long as she doesn’t know them already. Super rude and super unprofessional.

how do put this; waste of a trip. walked in and it was silent. nobody said hi, got up, greeted me, nothing. i think that i should’ve left immediately after one of the unhelpful “workers” pointed with her pen as to where i can find a dress instead of getting up from her seat to help me find it. i couldn’t have been in there for more than 5 minutes because the sheer silence was just a sign that this place was not worth my time or money.will never be going back here again; i do hope that those “workers” who stayed sat in their chairs like plants in a pot work harder or at least find another job where they can just get paid to sit and execute poor customer service!another delight was seeing another worker, possibly the manager or even owner, pass directly by me and her lips seemed to be shut with super glue the way she too didn’t greet me. weird how the customer had to be the one to say hi first… like i said when i left, thanks for nothing!note; don’t even want to give them one star, they are highly undeserving it, but my review won’t be posted unless otherwise.

Elizabeth’s bridal is the place to shop for a bridal dress. The personnel is friendly, helpful, and carrying. The dresses are so gorgeous and at an excellent price that any bride can love.

I found my wedding dress here and Nancy was so wonderful to my mom and I throughout the whole process. It's rare to find a business with such warmth that makes you feel like friends. I appreciate both Nancy and her assistant for all the patience and care! Not that I plan on getting married a second time, but if I did I'd come back here!

If you are curvy and larger than a size 14 don't even bother. You won't fit into anything. I left it tears.

I bought my wedding dress from their 30+ years ago and my daughter got here dress there for her wedding that was on Saturday 9/17/2022. Nancy works wonders and gets things done when she says they will be. Yes I would and will recommend Elizabeth of Lodi.
