The bathroom had a big spider in the light fixture that kept crawling in and out we as management for a new room and they would not give us one we asked for housekeeping to clean our room when we stepped out they did not clean it. We had to clean it. The room reeked of marijuana. And cigarette smoke. The television did not work. We could not even make local calls. The coffee machine was extremely dirty hard water stains on the glass. The front desk lady yelled at me and hanged up on me when I asked her to change rooms due to the spider. Where in springtime and they did not want to open the pool they said it was out of season.

Clerk at the desk sent me to a room that was nasty, dirty, screen broke out. The next room he gave me was totally fine and just updated. So I guess it's a roll of the dice

Hotel is located right next to 2 adult bookstores. On your bed you get 3 toss pillows. A tiny TV, metal chairs and table. Tub is stained where they tried to fix. Mattress actually creaks and groans when sit/lay on it. You get free coffee for breakfast.
Rooms: Cheap. Uncomfortable, dirty floors, bring own pillows unless you like to sleep on square toss pillows.
Safety: Located next to 2 adult bookstores. Do t go out after night.

Rooms: Never had an issue with the rooms, but there was a party there one time I stayed and you could hear the music clearly 2 doors down.
Safety: You will be staying on the "rough" side of lodi so you definitely see more shady characters in the direct vicinity of the hotels (including but not limited to: bikers, tweekers, homeless, etc)
Walkability: This is in a rougher side of town but you are right next to a smoke shop and gas station, up the street you have taco tucks, burger King and multiple restaurants, and it's definitely in walking distance from the grape bowl and grape festival fairgrounds. You could walk downtown in roughly 30 minutes and are also up the street from multiple grocery stores, a planet fitness and other small shops.
Food & drinks: You have tacos trucks, burger king, multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Clean quiet and nice. Amazing tv with many channels. I was able to enjoy two kinds of yule log on Christmas day!
Rooms: Had everything the coffee was excellent

Good service always have checked me no problems the neighborhood is not that great but I’ve never had a problem.Walkability: Vending machines and there’s a store and Burger King down the street

This place is disgusting! Toilets don’t work. No hot water. Maids are rude when asking for ANYTHING! They called in nice man named Mark to fix the issues and owners or whoever works here treated him like garbage.Rooms: 215Safety: Lots of transients

This is not a safe area. The parking lot had multiple sketchy people hanging out in parking lot late at night. The general area has bars on windows. The rooms need an upgrade.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Bed was not the most comfortable, but I managed to sleep well. Definitely budget friendly.!!! I was a bit concerned about the location, but no problems. They also have security cameras which is assuring.
