This was my dogs second time coming here. He did have some matting issues that I explained and had told her to do whatever she thinks to get the matts away as well as to just get him shorter due to warmer weather. It didn't surprise me that he came home shaved in most parts. What did surprise me is that he did come home smelling like anal glands (poop smell) and was licking his back legs constantly. I scanned the places he was licking and he has 3 gashes on his legs that are puffed up with blood and dead skin. Could be more but haven't checked. I'm sad that this was not mentioned when he was handed to me as i'm sure a cut like that multiple times would make him yelp in pain. I paid $175 for this cut too, not knowing any of this. Just sad for my dog and wanted to warn any others about this if you're thinking about booking here. I won't be bringing him back.

This is the only place I would consider taking my "Million Dollar Rescue dog". They are kind, do great work and seem to truly enjoy what they do.

First time bringing my 18 week old Aussiedoodle, I spoke with a few team members, including Ariel and Molly who were awesome and answered all my questions. I was nervous about how my puppy would do, but he was instantly comfortable! He did great and he looks unbelievably handsome with his gorgeous haircut! He had a wonderful spa day!

I took my aussie shepard here for the first time today. A friend recommended D'Tails. Shayna greeted Rosie and I at the back door with a really friendly smile. Shayna asked me about what grooming services Rosie needed and what time to pick Rosie up. Rosie looked fabulous when I picked her up. I will definitely bring my Rosie back.

Took my dog before and they squeezed her in and had an ok experience. Took her in today, and when picking her up, the staff was very short and standoffish like that feeling of what am I doing here. I rang the bell, and no one answered for a few minutes, so I knocked, and one of the staff answered and asked me what I wanted, and I told her I am here to pick up my dog. She looked at me and said wait here went back inside and another lady came out and told me how much to pay which was $75 for a sanitary cut wash and nail trim. I gave the woman my money. She went back outside, and I still was waiting for my dog, I could see my dog in the kennel, she looked frightened which I have taken her to the groomers multiple times before, and I've never had her look like that before. When she returned with my change, she said oh don't worry someone's going to grab her right now. So I waited by the door and was given my dog and she was trembling. I thought maybe she just had a bad time this time. So I thought nothing of it. When I got home I noticed my dogs nails were not clipped. She got a wash but her sanitary was not cut. They never once spoke to me about her demeanor if she was not having it or that they couldn't do anything with her nails or her sanitary area. Never has she been a problem and I have always been told please bring her back she's a delight. This time there was no communication between the customer and the service provided which is very sad because I was trying to give this place another shot because I was told it was under new management and I will not bring my dog back here again maybe someone else can have a better experience, but they really need to work on their customer service and their communication skills. If a service wasn't done and I was charged the whole amount of $75 for the service, it should have been told to me and I should've got a refund for what was Not done. Hope they can do better

Never have I had a person treat my pet like D'Tails. Absolutely wonderful. For the first time my dog was calmed by the person that cut her nails first, and it was the first time my dog walked in. Within minutes she was done, and she actually had a smile on her face. Since then her dementia is ever better. I have no clue how this happen, but if it will help my dog, this is where I will go bring her.

Ariel and crew did a fantastic job on our 6-month-old micro mini Bernedoodle. It was only her second grooming session and they were kind, patient, and compassionate with her wiggles and moving around during her grooming session. We were so happy that Grooming by Moraine turned us down (they said they're not taking any new clients!) and we found D'tails instead (who, by the way, share the same parking lot as Moraine's yet, when I asked the person at Moraine's if they could recommend another groomer since I'm new to this, they replied "no!"). To say I was shocked to see that they are literally located right next to one another was an understatement. Not cool. Anyhow, we are thrilled with our dog's grooming session and will definitely return on a regular basis. Thank you.

I took my pup here per a recommendation of a friend. When they came to greet me, they were super friendly and my pup instantly went to them. When they asked me how I wanted my pup groomed, I was very clear that I did not want him shaved, I like my pup shaggy. I asked if they could clean up his face but keep his body long. So you can imagine my shock when I went to pick him up and he was shaved I was so sad, he looked awful. And then I had to pay for it. Super disappointing.

I'm sorry to say, I will not be taking our two Doxi mixes back to D'tails. Not because they didn't do a nice job. I guess they did? The dogs look clean and their nails were trimmed, but this was our 1st time to the place. There are no more Covid restrictions, but they asked us to bring the dogs to the back of the shop, which we did. I thought we were just going in the backdoor, but I had to ring the bell and a young girl (not one of the groomers) took our dogs. I said they had told me on the phone they would need to see the dogs to give a price for the grooming and she just looked at them and said $35 each, which was fine. I still thought I would be able to see the place and to meet the groomers, but that was not to be. We were left outside. We never met the ladies that would be grooming our dogs and we never got to see the inside of the place? Also, she said they would be ready in 3 1/2 hours. For two small 12 pound short haired dogs that where not getting a hair cuts, just a bath and nail trim? We've had dogs for years and usually it's 1 to 2 hours max depending on how many groomers there are. We just moved here and I went by the Yelp and Google ratings, but I NEVER even met the groomers I left my dogs with for 3 1/2 hours. They never came out and introduced themselves. We never got to see the place. Again, I can understand that if we were in the middle of Covid, but I do not understand it now? We had an appointment. We didn't just stop by. I'm still perplexed about the whole thing. I am sorry I just didn't take me dogs and leave, but I didn't. That's on me, but I'm not leaving my dogs again with someone for 3 1/2 hours they I've never met and haven't seen the place. That's not right.

D'tails is the only place I trust to take care of my beloved fur babies! Absolutely the best staff and my dogs love them. Thank you D'tails for being the greatest! My dogs always look and smell amazing after their Doggie Spa Day with you! ?

I cannot say enough good things. My dogs old groomer gave up on her, she is not easy to groom in the slightest. Shayna has always been so patient with her, she does a good job every time
