5:00pm - everyone is off of work to pick up prescriptions and only 1 clerk working. I've been in line 20 minutes now and only moved 3 spaces. There are 3 more in front of me and now 7 behind. Get your program together CVS! And I tried coming in at 1:45pm and I was told they were closing at 2pm for lunch so I was turned away. Why does everyone need to go to lunch at the same time? Not impressed with your service whatsoever.

This store doesn't publicly advertise that they close for lunch, and once they get back, they're late and don't seem like they're interested in helping customers.They sent me back and forth to THREE SEPARATE WINDOWS before someone finally told me it was MY fault they didn't understand?!And now, despite having received a text that my scrip was ready almost two hours ago, I'm having to wait. AGAIN.Absolutely useless.

I hope CVS cares enough about its employees to read this and follow up with its employees to ensure they receive the recognition they deserve when people exceed the companies expectations. I'm a regular customer at CVS in Lodi on Kettleman. Susan is an exceptional person and employee. She has mastered every position in the store and far exceeds her peers in every department. She always goes the extra mile for us whatever our needs are. She is friendly, quick, intelligent and thorough. She always makes sure we get what we need and if there is something not available will check the stock in the back or ensure she can take care of it in the store. Your business must recognize these employees to ensure customer satisfaction and employee loyalty.

Photo machine blew out my phone when I plugged it in. Manager said it was my fault and refused to deal with it. Rude and not helpful.

This CVS is now a mess. The pharmacy is the only place I even bother with CVS. At one time as long as I get to Derrick the head Pharmacists he can fly through filling all my rx's without a Problem. Derrick is not in much any more. He's helping at another CVS to help clean up there messes. It's great he is that good of a pharmacist that he can go and get other bad CVS up and running correctly. But on the other hand Lodi is losing a real diamond. Derrick is amazingly awesome and our Lodi store everyone I know that uses this pharmacy is now after many years of being amazing and if Derrick is going to continue to missing at our store after 35+years I'm am going to be leaving also. I'm fed up!!!

I went to CVS at 11:00 AM to buy some nicotine gum. The cashier asked for my ID I fumbled with getting my ID out the cashier said I have problems and that I am a White Racist. I am a Disabled Veteran with issues but I didn't instigate anything why is she working there ?

I just went in to pick up a PX for my mother, I stood in line for 15 minutes with 4 people in front of me including a Two Ton Tammy. This woman had more prescriptions than a hospital, and she opened every bag to try read all the containers, then attempted to place them all in one bag. The clerk stood there and said nothing while a line was forming behind me. Then she took another 5 minutes to get her credit card out and pay, which she should have already done while she was waiting. After the Circus Fat Lady left, I finally got to the counter and got my mothers prescription. I asked if they had a prescription for me, I was told they were working on it, and It would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited until my name was called, went up to the counter, and was told very rudely to "Get In Line" I would have to wait in line a second time to pick up the prescription that they had just called me to the counter to pick up. The woman was a total bitch about this. The line was quite long, and I left. This stores attitude towards it customers SUCKS!

I was there for medicine pickup at 11.50 am today counter lady said wait half an hour and went there after half an hour and said come to after lunch 1:30pm ?

Dirty, always out of stock of basic stuff. I went there mutual times and only in few cases I got what I needed.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. Had a prescription sent over 2:50 pm, claimed they didn't receive it had my daughter call urgent care to have them resend urgent care refused to resend and went round back to pharmacy to call doctors office for verbal verification ended up getting pushed back and filled until after going in crazy circles. Terrible absolutely terrible.

Literally the worst pharmacy, takes forever to get a hold of an actual person over the phone. They give you a 15-30 minute time frame for prescription pick up but when you get in store it's another 20 minutes, 2 hours after the dr has already sent prescription in. Pharmacy staff is so nonchalant about it, like oh well that's all we can do.

Wow I came in to CVS this morning with a cough. I went to ask the Lady pharmacist what she would recommend and I was met with a "we don't open till 8am in a rude tone. I always thought of pharmacist as doctors to be kind and helpful. I was wrong they are just glorified pill pushers for big pharma. I would recommend Walgreens or Rite aide.

Went for covid booster. The staff there were very friendly and the store was neat and clean.
