Luz J. is an amazing worker, she was so kind to us (and my son)!!!Also she remembered my boyfriend and I, she was so smiley and super funny and was just very informative. She knew what she was talking about for sure! I am so happy she was our helper and we are so grateful that she remembered exactly what we were going to be coming back for today!! She is so sweet and I hope to get her every singe time we come back in to pay our bill Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you missy!

Amazing customer service by the girl working alone today on Tuesday. She helped me pick out the perfect phone and got me all set up and out of there very fast. Also she was very nice and didn't make me feel bad for buying one of cheapest phones I was in a bind and she totally helped me out. Thank you I love cricket and will be a lifetime customer.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted! The store looked very neat and stocked up. Was helped by a young lady who was very knowledgeable. Was interested in purchasing an iPhone XR, didn't know about the current promo but she offered to me nonetheless iPhone XR for $250 when I switched which was super sweet! Was thinking about paying it upfront since I didn't know I had options and she went above and beyond showing me all the choices I had an explained their progressive leasing program which offers 3 months no interest basically same as cash! so I was able to leave the store with only paying a small down payment of $50 (plus I got to lease my accessories)!! and just paid my service and activation fee but after the excellent service I received I didn't mind paying the small one time fee, they helped me transfer my stuff and I left super happy. They also showed me that if I like the service I can refer my friends and get $25 for each one that switches SO COOL! Love this company, simple and straight to the point not like all the other contract carriers.

I had always loved Cricket since I first opened my account in 2013. Until this week. I wish I could give ZERO stars or a deficit of stars after dealing with customer "service." My husband dropped his phone in water on a fishing trip and needed to use a phone we already had. After calling customer service to check compatibility, they said it was compatible so he went to the closest cricket store and paid. $85 CASH to unsuspend his account and confirm the phone would work with the SIM he already had. He accidentally took the wrong phone with him but was assured his account was good to go and called me from his friend's phone to ask if I'd received a confirmation text on the replacement device. I checked and gave the confirmation info and he was told he was good to go. When he returned home, the phone wouldn't make or receive calls. He called cricket from my phone and was told the phone is NOT compatible. He explained the importance of having his own account with his name on it as a requirement to be able to verify his identity with EDD so he could receive his unemployment money. The rep said he was eligible for an upgrade or a basic free phone. He returned to cricket the next morning and was denied any phone unless he bought another phone, which was never mentioned by customer service...he then asked to have the money back that he paid the night before so he could accept a friend's offer to give him a phone from metropcs but needed the money he paid cricket to have it turned on. Cricket refused to refund the money. PERIOD. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CRICKET'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Since WHEN did STEALING from CUSTOMERS become OK? WHAT HAPPENED to the "SERVICE" in CUSTOMER SERVICE? REALLY, CRICKET? THIS is NOT how LOYAL CUSTOMERS should be treated! I have closed all accounts and have changed carriers. BEWARE OF CRICKET WIRELESS' UNFAIR "POLICY" TO KEEP MONEY for "SERVICE" THAT COULDNT BE USED!
